Used to come here for my dogs food but with their constant increase in food prices (7$ or so in the last few months!) without explanation or reason since the food stayed the same price everywhere else, I do not go there anymore.

The reason I gave 4 stars was because I wasn't told I'd only get store credit for an item I bought. I returned it and wasn't able to get my money back on my visa. Otherwise I'd have not bought the item and would have thought about it first. Otherwise the service is great and there are always new items and it is very clean.

I dropped my bunny off on a Sunday for boarding with a clean cage water full, veggies, food. When we went to pick her up on the Wednesday, the person at the front desk said they had no time to clean her cage that day. That was an understatement they never cleaned her cage or in my option opened her cage to let her out. I do not keep my bunny in a cage all day she is always out. She is litter trained and her litter box was so full she started going all over her cage. Not only that but she had zero water in her dish and no veggies. The person went and got her food i had left it seemed they forgot to give her veggies everyday. I love my bunny and take very good care of her. I called to let them know what had happened and to get some answers that was 5 days ago still no call back. I highly recommend not bringing your animal here for boarding.

I haven't had that bad of experience with little bit Western kennels and my dog seems to like it, but I would like to see more of the kennel and where my dog stays. The website has no pictures of where the dogs stay and it would be a bit more reassuring.

I only go here for chicken feed and for the dog kennel. The staff is always super friendly. The kennel is clean and bright and has heated floors for the dogs in the kennel area. They also have a large outdoor run area and a large playroom with toys. I have always brought my dogs there.
