This my favorite thrift store in town, hands down. Lots of interesting stuff and quality finds, priced at a thrift-store level (yeah I'm talking to you Value Village lol). Staff are super friendly and helpful, very positive atmosphere and supports a great cause. Also, there is a used furniture section next to the thrift store that often has good stuff. Check it out!

They called security on me for trying on a coat that I bought. I found it rude. Than people that were employed were giving me looks. If they wanted to enforce covid. The lady that approached me was older and walked within a foot of me if they are afraid of COVID. I had to ask politely for space. Over trying on a coat. I was touching the thing regardless. Did not need to treat me as if I was a shoplifter over trying on a coat. I was wearing a mask and also washed my hands beforehand too. Treated me poorly. People are crazy nowadays over COVID. Your welcome for donating and spending my money here.

A great store, that helps a large no. Of adults and teens with difficulty. The store is arranged very well, it almost looks like a small boutique. The team that works there has great customer service. I personally would highly recommend and would donate and shop. Also watch out for their discount, I believe they have a Facebook page.

Great experience. Staff is wonderful, found a tape measure and measured the china cabinet I wanted. When I realized it was 2 pieces, he came out with me to measure and see if it would git in my vehicle. It did but I could only take 1 half at a time. They loaded it for me. I drove home unloaded it with help and drove back to Super thrift and they had put the other piece outside up against the building with a sold sign on it. Today was 50% off china cabinets. I only paid $25. Wow. They even gave me a card with the number to call for them to come and pick up donations.

I love this place! It was recommended by a nice Cuban lady. She told me about how nice and friendly the staff is, how organized the store is, and the difference this company is doing in the community. I was new in Thunder Bay at the time and my budget was a little tight so I needed to spend/save money. My experience in the store was great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices, even though there are a little high on few items, overall are really good. I always find a treasure useful for my home. Thank you Adult & Teen Challenge store and thank you to my Cuban friend! :)
