Good, friendly experience. Dwayne, Dean and Bethany made the whole experience, test drive through purchase very easy, everyone was patient while I decided which vehicle I wanted. I never felt any pressure, never felt un appreciated or like just another customer. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted even if it had to come from off Island. FFWD to my first oil change, it was done fast and friendly.

I bought my new rogue off Dwayne and Dean March 4th. Going to 9 dealership and test driving 14 suvs it was not only the rogue that sold me on it but have a great salesman that made the deal happen. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal. I would send anyone to Dwayne who is looking for a new vehicle, not only because I didn’t feel pressured but because he was honest and upfront. Had a unique issue with my unique ev...a potential alignment issue.....Doug was awesome in setting up an alignment check and took me back to talk the issue thru with Matt while he showed me all the numbers. Great Dealer Selling Great Cars Update Couldn't earn my business on new car, I found that Centennial group of dealers tried to control the market by giving exact trade amount at each brand dealer I went to. The guy at Honda told me they share information between dealers in effect canceling out competition to earn my business... Ended up buying a Subaru because they gave me more for my trade and better value on the new car. Oh well Centennial... That's how you sometimes lose customers. I will miss their service. Subaru in Charlottetown has been very good so far.

Very Pleased with the purchase of my Nissan Altima .We bought this car after driving all the car lots in Summerside during the covid-19 lockdown.Everything was done over the phone and email.We didn't even get to meet the team until the day we picked up the car.I do have to say I drove away from the Dealership thinking to myself "Wow that is a Class At" Very polite, friendly, helpful just great all around! After almost being ripped off, a friend recommended Nissan and to speak to Dean so I thought, what's the worse that could happen? Turns out that's the best decision I had made that day. I love my Qashqai. The service was excellent, and they were honest about what you were getting and the best they could do. They accommodated me when coming in and setting an appointment. They gave me a range of options and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Then, because I live in Charlottetown, the offered to deliver my vehicle which saved me time and finding someone to come with me. Their after sale etiquette was awesome as well. They called to check how everything was going, welcomed me in any time if I had questions or enquiries- always a phone call away! They were very detailed and willing and able to answer all my questions- and I had a lot. It was a wonderful first car experience. Would 100% recommend them!

Centennial Nissan of Summerside has outstanding customer service. We bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue from an off-island dealer, and had a minor issue (rattle in the dash) - as soon as I contacted their dealer, Krista Corkum who is the warranty administrator / service centre called and booked an appointment that suited our schedule. Furthermore, upon getting to the dealer Wayne Richard had taken a look at my concerns and confirmed them right away - he wanted to make sure they had enough time to fix it, so booked it for the following week so that they could keep it for 3+ hours to ensure they could diagnose it, locate the noise and fix it all while providing a courtesy car so I wasn't put out by the length of the appointment. Today, I called in because I found a plastic piece underneath the dash and wanted to make sure I didn't need it. I couldn't make it in, so I e-mailed in pictures to Caitlin who called back right away and confirmed the piece wasn't part of the car and was just used during the repair so I didn't have to worry about it. I have now dealt with Wayne, Krista and Caitlin and had A+ service from all of them. I now have confidence in their dealer and will be returning. You wouldn't know that we didn't buy our car there, because they treat you the same as if you did... unlike some other dealers.

I like going to Nissan because the woman at the service desk calls me by my full name (Jeffrey) like my mom does. They have twice helped me with minor problems free of charge. Even phone service the day I called asking how to auto lower my windows. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

In the mist of Covid-19, I had a car accident and I had to get a new vehicle. Knowing Nissan and not able to do test drive, I contacted them and everything was arranged and deal with over the phone. Great patience and wonderful service. They took the time to show me the new features on the car (3rd Nissan Versa). Really appreciate the professionalism of everyone since day 1 (september 2018, when I arrived on the island). The group takes good care of their customer.
