Pictures shown on the website are deceiving. I am surprised by the very yellow-stained bathtub when I get to my room. The beddings are not fresh the carpet is stained. Lastly, they said they have high-speed internet but they only have DSL internet. I immediately checked out but they still charge me $50 for stepping foot in their room for 15 minutes. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Room was very clean and location just outside of summerside is perfect, and service was amazing

The cabin (room 27) is a house close to the property is where we stayed in. the floor is uneven and slated to a point where you lose your balance just walking normally, the jets in the bath tub were not working, and there was evidence of mice. This isn't a place you rent to the public. They also expect you to check in ONLY between 3pm-5pm which is not reasonable for a hotel. They expect the whole world to revolve around Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Summerside as we were on vacation and they are calling our cell interrupting our beach time asking where we are? To make matters worse they double charged our credit card (the only hotel to do this on our whole trip), had to call in and get them to give our money back wasting our time. If we didn't call do you think they would have refunded us?
