the women who work here are amazing and they are honest. they wouldn't sell you something that you look like a whale in, you know? I had a great experience yesterday with all of the staff members. they'll look for additional sizes, sort through the store to find what you want and put the clothes in the change room so you don't have to carry a million articles of clothing around the entire store. love this place for business casual.

I cannot speak more highly of the customer service I received at this location yesterday from Jordan, Sydney and Ainsley. When I first walked in to the store I was greeted by Sydney, to whom I mentioned that I was shopping for a new wardrobe, and was working on finding some pieces that would work for me and my new look. Every time I picked something up I wanted to try on Sydney was there to place it in the change room, leaving my hands free to keep looking at other pieces. When I went to try on my selection of clothes I was greeted by Jordan who had taken it upon herself to put together an assortment of other outfits I might like based on the pieces I had already selected. She had organized them into possible outfit combinations and displayed them for me from casual to dressy. She had explained that Sydney had mentioned to her that I was looking for new ideas and starting fresh, and it made me feel so special to have somebody help make my shopping trip a little easier. Even when Jordan's shift was over, Ainsley was there to help me. I greatly appreciate all the extra effort you ladies went to, and I will definitely be coming back for more soon! I love everything I bought, and I finally feel like my clothes reflect my personality. Thank you so, so much for all of your help!

Very rude staff when I walked in there was nobody else in the store just me and the two girls at the cash just looked me in the face and ignored me never asked if I need help or was looking for something to wear but instead continued on there conversation will never shop there !

Worst customer service ever. The manager showed so much attitude based off us just wanting to exchange our purchase on a phone case. I don't understand what the need was for all the extra huffing and puffing that came along with her service.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. I was there between the hours of 6pm to 8pm on July 4th as I had to return stuff purchased online. I did not catch the girls name but she was working the left cash register if you’re standing in line waiting to check out. Had dirty blonde wavey hair. I stood in line as she was helping someone else. She moved like a snail. Kept yawning the whole time and when another employee from the store approchached her, she proceeded to pause whatever she was doing to tell the girl about her weekend and what she did. 15 minutes later she finally finished processing the customers service, at which point I had already moved on to the second lane to be assisted by a different employee. 30 minutes later I was finally out of the store for something that should have taken 5 minutes max. Will never shop here again!!!!
