I love shopping at this Home Hardware location, where the whole team truly dedicates themselves to ensuring that the needs of their small community is met with a cheerful, wholesome and genuine kindness. They always keep stocked on the essentials to make sure everything a person could need is available and offer a safe shopping environment with both in-store and convenient curbside options. I have had especially fantastic experiences with curbside orders thanks to a wonderful young man who works at this store. Carlos, goes above and beyond in his kindness towards customers. He's patient, offering, genuine care, time and knowledge to help make each shopping experience a truly wonderful one. It's fantastic and dedicated individuals like Carlos to truly make small community stores a special and wonderful place to shop!

A complete mess at our Souris Home Hardware, in someone's wisdom they decided to hire a security guard to ensure customers wash their hands before coming into the store. As I have excema and extreme hand conditions I use alternative sanitizers that are softer and not as damaging but this was not good enough for their hired wanna be hand washing bouncer who decided it was time to go chest to chest with me, I could hear a cashier call a manager over to the commotion and I explained to the manager I was here to pay for a garage door not shop not touch anything in the store but the key pad for the debit card. Well to make a long story short if I had had Covid 19 all three of us would now have, totally no respecting 6 feet boundaries and the virus spreads through saliva droplets not hands, what a joke, however Kent was more then happy to deal with me and bought my garage door, man door and windows there, 1819.77$
