Elle se présente donc au magasin avec les trois enfants pour faire remplacer le sac. Sur place, on lui explique qu'elle a mal compris ce que la commis au téléphone lui a expliqué, et qu'on ne peut malheureusement pas lui remplacer le sac. Mon épouse demande alors à parler à la dame qui lui a parlé au téléphone ; la caissière lui explique qu'elle ne veut pas que l'employé du téléphone ne lui parle et que la gérante n'est pas disponible, met le sac de remplacement sous clé demande à mon épouse de quitter le magasin. Un bel après-midi manqué grâce à l'incohérence entre les employés. Qu'ils gardent leur sac brisé, nous n'irons plus jamais dans ce magasin. Si un employé fait une erreur, le magasin doit honorer ce que l'employé a promis. Et si on ne l'honore pas, déjà qu'on offre un mauvais service à la clientèle, la moindre des choses serait de rester respectueux. À avoir réussi à faire pleurer notre fille de 5 ans le jour de sa rentrée scolaire pour une histoire de fermeture éclair brisée, nous ne garderons pas un bon souvenir de cet endroit.
