Great store, great quality, great service and GREAT PRICES! I went to other stores with similar quality but the prices are 3 times more expensive. Only problem is that the schedule here on google is very different from the store/website. So for a tip for every one: check out the website for the store hours since it tends to change every season. But for now the schedule is: MON-WED: CLOSED; THURS-FRI: 10-7pm; SAT: 10-6; SUN:10-5 hope this will help other shoppers :)

Worst customer service ever. Dress was ordered - told by Jonah it would be here on a certain day ( knew ahead it was time sensitive) and could not produce tracking # because the dress was never sent. Then they turn around and blame the customer. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

I am a bit surprised by the horrible reviews, as my experience today was quite different. I am not going to lie when I walked up to the store and saw the, "we have no washroom please don't ask" sign mixed with the reviews I previously read, I was worried. That said, when I went in today to get an outfit for my nephew who is my ring bearer next month, I was greeted from the woman at the cash register. She asked what I was looking for, his age, did I know his sizes, what colour I was thinking, etc and then was helped in finding exactly what I needed. Not pushy, not rude, and she was helpful (especially since I have no kids, and find 24m and 2T completely confusing). I found them to be very upfront with the 14 day exchange policy, and I appreciated that too. Thanks for making this a lot less stressful on a stressed out bride. Also, I should mention the outfit is adorable! Love it and will keep it in mind for the future, and others.

I ordered dresses and gloves and paid to have them shipped in 2-5 days. The dresses came and they are lovely but the gloves never came. They said they shipped them and it’s been over ten days though I paid priority shipping. They don’t give tracking numbers and the agent I dealt with has said it is in my mailbox according to the tracking number but they have never been delivered. I will not be dealing with this company again due to this. How can you not give out tracking for your customers and then lie about it? I’ve lost the money for the three pairs of gloves and the gloves never arrived.

Absolutly HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Ordered a First Communion dress and followed their link to order a sash that matched the dress - it DOESN"T MATCH!!! Also ordered a different coloured sash to change up the dress - they sent the WRONG ONE!!!! I have been trying to get a hold of you since last week and have had NO one answer me back! So much for their 24 hr return message policy! I'm really trying not to get upset, frustrated and angry here and stay polite but at this point I am having a VERY hard time doing that! I've emailed several times!!!!! I've tried calling, and have left countless messages now! I've also tried talking with people on their chat function on their webpage - but NO one has ever chatted back with me!!!! They only come into the chat, and then immediatly LEAVE!!!! The ONLY person I have EVER managed to talk to since I have been calling regarding my order was on Friday morning, and she (Rose) said that she would look into it and that I needed to send an email and would get an immediate response!!!!! Now I've even started to leave messages on their FB page - but surprise - they keep getting deleted!!!!!!! This is gone beyond being ridicules!!!!! At this point, they have ruined my daughters First Communion and its looking like I have just waisted $61.84 on a dress that looks HORRIBLE!!!!!! and a sash that isn't even the right one that I ordered!!!!!!!!!!

I have no choice but to comment after reading this so called “business” persons replies to the comments! Maybe you should be more polite and professional! I agree with everyone who says you’re rude when they go into the store! You seem like a very rude and immature person! I ordered from you online and never will again! Horrible service all around! Keep your money and give it to a company that isn’t full of rude immature people, and a company that will actually ship your product. Was week 5 and still wasn’t shipped and was told it’s 1-4 weeks. I ordered a dress and the wrong one came. Their customer service guy, Jonah, was condescending and rude. I did not get reimbursed to send the wrong dress back to them and was actually told that the tags should be attached or I would not receive a refund. Implying that i'm a their. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Seriously save yourself the grief. Thanks to the crack squad on "customer service" they actually deserve zero stars. This terrible experience ended up costing me money. I went to the store as we were looking for christening suit for my son. I stumbled on this google of course and so glad that they have a store. I was able to find a suit so immaculate and my mother love. Got the shoes, shawl, socks, bib, towels. They got everything. The girls christening gowns are awesome too. The lady who helped us Rianne is so knowlegeable and efficient. I will recommend the store to my friends and family.

Horrible customer service. This is the 3rd time I visited the store. The service is getting worse and worse. This is definitely the last time I will ever visit this store. There are some young people working in the store who doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Very rude! The whole process you have to go through to try clothes are also so ridiculous. It was less than a week before my wedding and I needed a junior bride dress and suits for two ring bearers that would not break the budget. Adorable Kids to the rescue! Their customer service and willingness to order the needed sizes within a few days were a God send. Why a place that sell kids clothing has no washroom? Kids can't really 'hold it' for a long time. Clothing wise, the price is reasonable for good quality formal clothing for kids. As usual, the girl selection is much wider then boys.

First time formal dress shopping with my little girls. Booked an appointment at Adorable Kids to get their first communion dresses. The staff acknowledged that we arrived for our appointment and advised us NOT to take any dresses off the racks and then basically disappeared or went to assist other customers. All the signs on the floor where very aggressive and negative in nature. No exchanges, No Refunds, Sales are Final, No bathrooms etc etc etc. I got the impression that what's on the floor is what is in stock. I repeatedly asked for different dresses and sizes and was told that its the last one and or they don't have the size I need (no effort to look in the stock room or offer to help recommend options /dresses /styles) ..... why did they make me book a "manditory" appointment if they provide no assistance? Disappointing and forgettable sums up this shopping experience!

My gosh what an experience. Arrived at the Scarborough location at noon met Rose (I asked her for her name). She was at the cash and the store had no customers. I told her we were there to pick out a dress for my daughter to attend a wedding. Rose told me to look at what I want and she will let me know if the size is in stock. I asked her which type (I am a father) of dress is for attending the wedding, she said go and look. I again asked her to just give me an idea as to where in the store should I look, she said I can only tell you she looks like a size 8. I asked for help and got none. She was rude. I will neve go back or recommend this store. Update on August 2019. I just read the Owner's response. I am shocked. I am an ordained Reverend/Minister, never have I acted or said the things she accused me of.

Fear of identity theft. It is unfortunate considering that the product advertised and service delivery were on target. PIPEDA issue. Recycled paper used for invoice with multiple customer private information incl mine. Fear of identity theft because of this practice Purchased my daughter's dress through their online store on 3/29/2013. Product was delivered per delivery time estimated. My paper invoice had another customer's personal information on the reverse. We both have our name, address, phone number, email, masked credit card number and details of the purchase. In this case, I can infer that the other customer who's a woman just had a baby boy and is getting ready for his baptism. I sent in an email ( April 6th) as soon as we received the package and followed up with multiple phone calls (April 8th and 9th) to the company but no responses. I wanted to ensure that this is a one time mistake and my information is not being sent around without my consent. However, no one at this company is returning my calls and addressing my concern. This mal-practice must be stopped especially in this day and age where identity theft is a key concern and why we have PIPEDA - to protect consumers who makes online purchases

Misleading pricing, and poor customer service. Purchased an outfit from their website. Price shown on the main page and the item page was lower than price charged at checkout. Adorable Kids refused to honour those first prices, despite notifying the company at time of checkout. They would not admit that their website was misleading, but then they changed their website after the fact to post the higher pricing. I was wilfully over-charged, and the owner's attitude simply boiled down to "Too bad, so sad." Never doing business with them again, and letting as many people as possible know about they have no respect for their customers.

I was recommended by a few friends to order from here. I found 2 suits for my boys that I was happy with. I ordered them on April 8th. May 2nd I reached out to see where my package wad as there was no valid tracking provided. Jonah, the online support said he hasn't heard from the shipping company and would send more. He sends me a tracking number that says it's not in Canada, then he sends another that says it's been delivered in Newfoundland, then he argues with me telling me I have it. He never once applogized, never offered compensation, and instead was completely arrogant. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ONLINE unless you have plenty of time and patience. I spoke with the store in Scarborough because Jonah would go days with no response and they were helpful. If you can make it to that store, I suggest doing that instead of dealing with this unprofessional employee.

I ordered on may 18. Choosed the 15 business day shipping as I know it doesnt take 15 business days to go from Toronto to Alberta. It actually took 20 business days. Then upon opening.. they sent the wrong color suspenders. I ordered light grey they sent charcoal. I've contacted numerous times and haven't received a reply back. I have my receipt showing I ordered light grey and not what they sent me. They are just ignoring me hoping I go away. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd just stay away completely from this so called company. And HOW RUDE FOR UR RESPONSE TO B IM NOT A CUSTOMER? OK I DIDNT MAKE THIS UP.. WHAT A COMPANY. SHAME ON YOU

I can't believe the bad reviews I'm reading! I bought a dress for my daughters christening in 2013 and the whole process was so easy and the dress was absolutely perfect. It arrived on time to Australia and in perfect condition. I also tried it on my daughter BEFORE she wore it. Just seems like some people like to whine and complain and expect refunds after they have had their use of clothing. Thank you to this store for not selling used clothing! I have come back to look for another little dress for my new daughter.

Nice store. Great selection. Rude staff. We went in to purchase a suit for my infant. We didn’t know they worked with an appointment only. We were looking at suits and the staff member comes and asks us if we have appointment. We say no. She rudely says oh we work with appointments only and walked away. When we were purchasing at the cashier she didn’t speak properly either. Fine we didn’t come with appointment (doesn’t say anywhere in the shop, not written on entrance) but atleast talk to ur customers properly!!

I ordered an outfit for my son for an upcoming wedding. The outfit arrived with a stain on the shirt, threads coming out, button threads loose and about to fall off. When i purchased the item i saw nothing about the return policy. I contacted the store via email and had several unpleasant emails pass between Jonah and I. HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!! If you can avoid this place, DO SO!!! Was not greeted when we entered there were 2 sale ladies behind the counter chatting to each other did not acknowledge us, did not offer any assistance. We had to ask for help and even then every answer was no. Changerooms, we had to help ourselves and it was a "free for all". This place also doesn't do refunds its only store credit. It's a shame because their clothing is great it just lacks customer service and management. Also you can't use the bathrooms, even if you're a customer!!! This place is for kids and you can't use their bathroom!? The lady told me to go to Scarborough Town Centre mall which is a 15-20min walk from this store. This store needs new management and staff or completely close it down for good.

Great Product! Fast Shipping! No complaints! We purchased our daughter's, and more recently our son's, first communion outfits from Adorable Kids. We bought our daughters dress after spending a bunch of time searching the malls and experiencing mediocre service, at best. Most recently, we were concerned about finding the right size for our boy, and thought maybe it was a good idea to rent. So, we called Moore's and asked before proceeding to the store if they had our boy's size. They said, 'Oh yes, we do come down, we have all the sizes.' We drove 30 minutes to the store to find out they have no such sizes! We used the guide on the website and carefully measured and selected the best fit. As it turned out, it was right on, good quality, and we got the entire 3 piece suit, shirt and tie for $119 taxes and shipping in. Excellent website!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! They took the payment, and even though the website states that the package requires a signature upon delivery, and that they purchase insurance (which you pay for) they DO NOT!! My little girls dress never arrived, and when I contacted them they told me that it was up to the mailman to decide how the dress was delivered and tough. Then they cut off contact with me. Then when I called the number on the website I was told it was only an answering service and there was no way to call the store. Thank goodness I can get my money back from PAYPAL. Totally reporting this scam company to everyone I can!

I give you NO stars! My wife ordered a suit for our sons Communion.. We paid an additional 20 dollars for 2 day shipping. They cant find our suit, They wont respond to us. They refunded us and said "it was sent to the depot" Canada post said a label was only created, and not picked up. What really pisses me off, is after no response from email and no one answering our calls. We tried online chat, and "julia" opened and then closed the chat on us with out helping, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!!!! My wife is a District Manager and she is appalled with such awful service and Immature Games, just send the suit. Our poor Son is heart broken. This is ridiculous. To have the audacity to not even help is Pathetic. Worst company EVER. Sad thing is you deal with Children, who Dont have the patience and heart of and Adult. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The merchant at Adorable Kids does not care about their clients or with coming to some agreement that would be mutually satisfactory. Their policy is you bought, its yours. Even if the product is damaged, too small or too big, they just don't care. So long as they have their money, you are out of luck. They also represented themselves very poorly, trying to pretend that they were not the owners/managers so they didn't have to deal with upset clients. The owner hid in back while his salesclerk tried to deal with me lying to me in regards to where the manager was and when they would be available to assist me. Let me tell you that if I purchased a product in any other store and it was too small or damaged after 1 use, the store would certainly refund or replace the item. This is the first store I've ever dealt with that I couldn't return an item that was damaged.

Was expecting my daughter's communion veil to be steamed as her dress was when I picked up(mississauga). It wasn't. I had to run out a purchase an ironing board and iron to get it to look nice. Not a big deal, but it says a lot about the level of service. Also, they attempted to sell to me a broken veil at a reduced price when at a previous visit I was informed that they were not able to sell it to me because it was broken. This representative lied to me.
