Prices are good. Three story building with the first and second floor having flat entrances from the parking lot. First floor has children's clothing, second has sarees and fabrics, and third has lehengas and salwars. Definitely needs more seating in the shopping areas to rest.

Asiyans rocks! The first floor store manager Nandu (if I remember correct) and the store keeper Anu (a girl student working at Asiyans, not sure I have spelled it right). They both are just awesome!!! The team made sure what we buy is the best of our choice. Insane they were! Two hours or more of normal family shopping with my wife and two daughters was so comfortable at their wide space. My final bill hardly near 500 CAD, these guys still were on focus helping us like we were shopping for them ???? Asiyans is the best clothing store I have ever happened to experience in my Canadian shopping time if I look for Indian Clothing. Lot of options and care. Highly recommend to indians, South Indians everyone and Keralites.

If you need a sari or lehnga quick, this is your place. If you need any of it made or tailored, go somewhere else. My Mom needed her blouse made from a sari we bought here, the tailor took all the measurements, my Mom specified that she didn't want it low cut, as she's more conservative, and the tailor even drew out how the neckline and back should be. The day we go pick it up, neither is cut the way she requested, and the neckline is so much lower that she had to buy a new bra to accomodate the low neckline. There were loose strings all over the place, it was obvious that they rushed while making the blouse. If you don't have time for something don't say you do. And it's quite annoying to have to pay the full price up front, and then more if you ask to get it fixed to how you requested. Customer service needs a little work, my mother is white (and my father Indian) and it took nearly half an hour of us walking around looking to get any kind of service. Clearly they don't like you if you aren't brown. But when we did get service it was from a shorter woman who recently moved from Mumbai, I forget her name but she was incredible and took her time helping my Mom find the perfect sari.

I was really surprised to see the huge collection of the dress varieties Asiyans had. This place was recommended to me by a friend. It is perfect for someone looking for traditional south Indian dresses. Also, Nandu, the associate who helped me and my wife was exceptional in picking up the right dresses for us. He was very friendly and really elevated our shopping experience at Asiyans.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service and workmanship. I wish I could give this review no stars but others need to be warned. I went in and got five blouses made. I gave them a whole month to finish those blouses and not one of them fit my bridesmaids right. They measured all my girls and still made them all way too small. To make things worse they even charged me for more trim for the blouses because the amount they had told me to buy wasn't enough. They weren't even done on time. As I stated I gave them one whole MONTH to finish these blouses they called me the day before they were due and told me they had even started the order. Let me point out I had paid them in full. They just claimed that they had an emergency orders that had to be done before my paid order (like really for a while month???). Also they were unapologetic as if it was my issue and the work was so sloppy. Never ever ever will I go back for custom orders.

Really great, especially Bensley in the men's area. The owner is great too! My husband got his sherwani here, and we got a mother of the groom sari, and saris, sherwanis and kurtas for the bridal party and father of the groom. Lost a star only because some staff are more helpful than others.

Living in Canada, far away from home in India, I was quite not impressed with the kind of ethnic wears I found in here. But, it all changed once I found out Asiyans. Each of their clothes is absolutely in sync with the Indian ethnicity and I love them for this. Highly recommended!

I go to Asiyans to purchase sarees, salwars and have my blouses stitched. I used to enjoy my visit but my last two visits have been nothing but horrible: My visit today was the most terrible one I have faced. I visited Asiyans to get my wedding blouses stitched. I walked over to the area where the ladies measure us for our blouses and noted that there were three Telugu men sitting in the "waiting area". It seemed a bit odd to me that these men were sitting there, but I didn't pay too much attention at first. The lady who was to stitch my blouse asked me to remove my sweatshirt so she can get an accurate measurement - I was fine with this BUT what I was NOT fine with was these three men enjoying every interaction and view they had during this time. I grew more and more uncomfortable. I asked the lady why they were waiting there and they should move! This is not the place for them to be sitting! I couldn't believe that she simply laughed it off and went back to her stitching. I next approached the store owner who was available at the time and I explained to her that these lewd men should not be sitting in the area where women are measured for their blouses! I didn't stick around to see what took place next because I ran out of there to vomit and shower. Last I saw, the store owner walk towards the blouse stitching area - hopefully she asked them to leave! Please Asiyans, I speak for ALL WOMEN out there I ask you to reconsider how you treat the women that shop at your store....do you take their requests seriously? do you care about their safety and comfort? Please reconsider placing your measuring / stitching area in a more private location within the store! Until and unless these changes take place, I am not coming back to your store. I hope this review is taken seriously.

This place has an incredible, overwhelming amount of selection for South Asian clothing. It's incredible how big this business has become, and has been paid a visit from the former Prime Minister for its significance for the Tamil community specifically. Absolutely worth the visit if you're looking for this type of cultural clothing.

Overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this store! We were prepare to buy 10 items…. Until at the cashier a Man with a large moustache came and was EXTREMELY RUDE and raising his voice accusing myself my family of wrong prices, even though they misplaced theirs inventory incorrectly. He was extremely aggressive and told my family to stop talking, when asking him a question. He also told us to get out when all we wanted was to purchase sarees. Hi top of everything we are reoccurring customers who have been coming here for the past 4 years giving them business, only to be treated like this!? On top of the awful service, they had no hand sanitizer anywhere on site and this man constantly was pulling down his mask and raising his voice in front of our face while it was down, which made me and my family feel EXTREMELY UNSAFE! This store has THE WORST CUSTOMER I have ever experienced in my life.

This location has a pretty good selection when it comes to sarees and other cloth materials. One of the primary reasons for a return visit at this location was the tailoring Services have been on sites and the person who is managing this area seems to be fairly knowledgeable and accommodating and friendly. We have been to various parts of the city as far as a tailor to complete a saree blouse for a special event and found overall pricing and competitiveness and quality of the results of their tailoring service has been rather exceptional. The only thing I probably would recommend is having additional Staffing since it was a little bit difficult and getting help from my observation.

The manager was very kind. The two ladies in the saree section were very lazy in showing what i wanted. Always sighed and showed their frustration. The tailor was a think dark skin man. He completely messed up my saree jacket and did not do what I (the customer wanted). Always talking in Tamil thinking that I did not understand what they are talking. Will never go again. They need to be trained in how to communicate with customers well.

It’s located in Scarbrough. Good customer care and well organized. It’s have two floor. First floor is have men ,kids,jewelry, home appliances and second floors only for women . They have variety dresses. But I feel about the quality of the dresses is not that much good. And they have stitching department. Jewelry have good collections. For the men they doesn’t have a good collections and kids too. For the women I saw lots of saree and some other dresses too but I didn’t go through it’s. And about the price range should not Tok high and not low its playing in middle. Again I am appreciate about the customer care service because its awesome.

Extremely AWFUL and TERRIBLE experience!! The guy at the cash with the moustache was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point he told us to get out of the store, and told us to stop talking without hearing us out! He kept raising his voice while arguing with us AS we were literally about to pay!! All the price tags and things were very unorganized and wrongly labelled, and when we told him we were asking based on the labelled price, without any explanation he started yelling at us!! He also kept pulling his mask down while talking to us, we felt absolutely unsafe around him!! LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

They do have a lot of collections on indian style dresses and prices are good compared to urban silks and others in the area but customer service is average. Depends on who we get. Been there couple of times and each time varies with service and people. Felt sad during two visits coz usually they would help in finding matching blouse colors but other times you have to self do the pointing and searching. I know its hard work to unwind and again put them back, but how can v decide between thin layers of similar color of cloth material blocks from behind a bench? And to people like me who doesn't buy these much other than on customary days, its a struggle. Shopping for me, should leave us happy not sad all the time whether u get it or not.

I didn't think I was going to find something to my liking or fit, but she was super attentive to detail and found me something that suited my style! We went to Asiyans for our wedding shopping and in the hopes of finding everything for the whole family here. Upon arrival, Kala aunty, greeted us and took us in charge. In no time, she understood our needs and preferences and showed us sarees, sherwanis and more. The reason why I'm giving this review a 5 star isn't solely based on the excellent quality of the products in this store ( me and my fiancée were very happy with it) but more towards the service that was given to us from beginning to end. Kala stayed with us through the whole time, made sure to make us feel comfortable, made us try the clothes and she always went the extra mile to get it right. Don't be fooled by their big store and all the colourful pretty clothes when walk in, the picutre is much bigger than that. Their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. They sell you defective merchandise and don't ever take the responsibility for exchanging it. On top of that their staff is so rude. Manager or owner is for some reason "never available" for them to contact for you. I am a fashion designer and I have been shopping throughout the Indian Fashion Community for over 30 years in Toronto there are plenty of better stores you can go too without having the hassle of this horrible service. They are rude and only want your money they do not care about making clients happy and having residual customers. You may find some nice clothes there but with cultural clothing there is alot more than meets the eye such as alterations and deffects and they do not care about helping you get what you need they are only trying to hustle you to make the sale and get you out of the store. Worst experience I've had in over 15 years of shopping.

Got my dress pants hemmed and tapered here, the tailoring quality was amazing for last minute. Edit: In response to the comment from the owner: The comparison was made after visiting multiple stores, the same product material was available in another store for half the price. I am not the first person to say regarding the price hike, in fact there are other people under your own google reviews who also had concerns regarding the price, so we can cross that misinformation out!! People just do your research before buying!! there are stores in the area that provide saris for much lower prices.

I am writing the review for Asiyans Tailoring. We were greeted by Raju at the tailoring desk and he was extremely professional and you could tell he is an expert. I have went to other tailors but Rajus services were great! He took the exact measurements and we were able to pick up the blouses on time. Went we came in for fitting, my blouse was perfect, no wrinkles, and it was clean. I didn’t have any adjustments that need to be made and I am very happy that I found Raju for my future blouses. My sisters also gave him their blouses for my wedding and they do embroidering/patchwork really perfect as well. Price is reasonable too!

Asiyans never failed to give us great customer service each time we have been there. Almost every sales person we came across has been a great help with positive attitude. We have gone to some of their competitors at times when we don't have enough time to travel but, always end up coming back to this place to purchase because we never get the same service or selections as we get at asiyans. After not having much luck finding my wedding reception lengha yesterday, we came back today and Joyce directed us to Bala who is simply amazing athelping clients with lenghas! She quickly found the perfect lengha for me and within our budget! After showing us just 3 lenghas, I found the one - she is THAT good! I was very nervous about it because I've been struggling to find what I was looking for and was honestly ready to give up until Bala helped - she did a great job of dressing the lengha dupatta as well. We were so grateful for the service here and Asiyans and would honestly come back in a heartbeat just to talk to all the amazing staff and ofcourse buy some more outfits. ;)

ZERO STARSS!!!!!!!When they took my blouse material, they promised to finish my blouse within one month and even gave a receipt with a pick up date. On the pick up date, I found out that they haven't even started the blouse. So I had to come back again the week after. The week after I go in , the tailor told me to wait 10 mins. It took them more than 3 hours to give my blouse. I felt so upset, I was about to cry when I saw the blouse in my hand. My wedding blouse looked so ugly and the work looked so unclean. I asked them to do hand embroidery and not stitched by machine or clue. They pretty much lied to me, that the blouse will be hand embroidery. Even when I waiting for the blouse, the tailor stitched it with the machine. THE BLOUSE HAD CLUE STAINS AND EVEN NEWSPAPER WAS INSIDE THE LINING PIECE. They pretty much stitch the patterns ( elephant, lotus flower ) with the machine and attached patches on the blouse. WHY WOULD THEY SAY ITS HAND EMBROIDERY. They charged me 390 $ for that blouse before they started to stitch the blouse?? The blouse was not even worth a penny. I, even asked the cashier and the tailor and the staffs at asiyans and they kept saying its hand embroidery, WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL??? On tv they give wrong advertising saying they stitch saree blouses in a day. Then why I had to wait more than 3 hours and more than a month. This is so unprofessional. ALL THE STAFFS AT ASIYANS WERE SO RUDE. They did not do their job by helping the customers. The made them look right. Is that a called professional business??? Not only, the tailors make silly comments about the customers and laugh about it while stitching customers order. This is wrong. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT ASIYANS OR STITCH YOUR SAREE BLOUSES. THEY RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A FOOL! PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ! I DONT WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was literally 5 minutes of work and a bit of an emergency for me. Ended up just buying a sewing machine from Walmart since they were still open and just did it myself.

Bought 2 anarkali outfits for my wife. Great styles & selection. Very reasonable prices. 2 very helpful & patient ladies helping her. Both dresses needed sleeves & bit of alterations. The first tailor made a few mistakes, but Nandu the customer service manager helped us out. He's very king & patient & extremely helpful. It's a very busy stores with so many sales people & customers running around. So when Nandu heard there was an issue, he came to the rescue. The other tailor Saravaram stayed until 11 pm with Nandu to fix both dreeses. Tried it on several times before it was perfect. Saravaram is a spectacular talented tailor. There are only a few great tailors left in the world, he's one of them. & he's so great & nice & humble. We also met Syeed, another tailor with exceptional handicraft work, he was working on machine design work on fabric. Handicraft work is also very rare ... he's possibly one of the few left. My experience with the store "Asiyans" Last Saturday, my family and I went to Toronto. We were in the Brampton area, it was late afternoon, walked into a store called "Asiyans". Three floors, each floor is exclusively allocated for sarees, lehengas, shalwar etc. As soon as, we walked, we were greeted by a staff who guided us where exactly to go. Another staff helped us in selecting a clothing that we were looking for. We felt we were shopping in India. Since the outfit that we bought needed some alterations, a tailoring section in that store helped us to take care of that service too. We walked out of the store very happily. After an hour or two, we were returning to Windsor. Nearing Woodstock, being a teacher, thought I would do some school work. Decided to take out my spectacles and could not find. Searched all over my handbag, but the specs was not there. When I questioned about when was I last used, I thought of the store "Asiyans". When I was paying my bill, I used my specs. OMG, I left my specs in that store, not sure whether they are open , it was around 9:45pm now. Called the store, very nice greeting from the front desk, she connected me to the shalwar kamez floor supervisor, Mr. Kanakarathnam. He patiently listened to me. I requested him to courier the specs as post paid and he agreed. Though, he was kind, I had my doubts, my Versace is gone, not sure ,how I will teach the next day????? So many questions popped up in my head. Yesterday, I got a phone call from Mr. Kanakarathnam, who told me that the courier that he is dealing with will not send post paid, but he has another suggestion. With great disappointment, I said yes, he told me that he has a customer in front of him, who is from Windsor and if I agree he could send the specs thru that customer. Wow,what a kind gentleman he was, very nice of him to not just work as a staff but to getting to know his customer and going out of his way to help this unknown Padma. When I spoke to that customer, that family lives in my neighbourhood. What a coincidence!!!!!! Today, after my work, I went and collected my VERSACE. Thank you ASIYANS, I am so grateful for your staff who cares about their customers. Your store is not filled with colourful clothing but also filled with awesome staff and supervisor. I will always be ASIYANS coustomer !!!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for being kind to your customer!!!!!!

Short version: Check the sari length and specifically ask where the blouse piece is, or you might get ripped off. Long version: Passable customer service and fair prices. They opened up the saris we were interested in and indicated where the blouse and pallu were in the fabric, albeit in a very offhand, disinterested, overly confident way. Later, we went to get it tailored (blouse + fall) and discovered that there was no blouse included in the fabric! It looked like it had been cut off, either by Asiyans or their providers. Absolutely NO mention was made of a missing blouse. This was also for a sari that has a unique double colour design, it would be tough to find a matching blouse and a simple blouse wouldn't look appropriate. We paid for a blouse piece that had been cut off, who knows how long ago. There was no signage or labelling to indicate that there was no blouse piece. The sales rep erroneously said there was a blouse piece, but we now understand that she was pointing to the pallu when she said that. Take your business elsewhere, ideally to India if you have the financial freedom and time to do so!

My mother and I went like 15 minutes before closing because we had to purchase some last minute jewellery. I told my Mother, I'm sure they won't let us in as it's real close to closing. ...The doors weren't locked so we let ourselves in and went straight to the jewellery area (ground floor). There is a separate jewellery store within Asiyans called Princess Jewellery. We went in and were out of there 10 minutes after closing. Sonia was extremely helpful and her customer service was excellent! Be sure to check out their collection!...some perty cool sets! I would like to take this opportunity to commend the wonderful job that Saravan and Hameed has done in stitching sari blouses for my son's wedding for my self, my sister and niece. Saravan and Hameed worked patiently with us during the blouse stitching process to take our suggestions and meet our utmost satisfaction. Hameed particularly worked very hard to do extensive embroidery work for my niece's blouse. The final products not only met our expectations but they also wowed the wedding guests. Keep up the good work!!!!!

The store has extremely high prices for all items. Total rip off from customers. There is no control on the prices what they sell, unbelievably over priced items. Very bad experience from the tailors happened to us. Asians charges tailor fees before they make the garments. But never give on time. I strongly recommend any customers not to shop Asians. There are many other nice shops in Scarborough with better customer service and choices of garments. Hi Asiyans, I am writing this review after I saw your response. How can you tell me I am a competitor? I am a genuine customer. I have receipts with me if you want proof. I have no intention to promote any other stores. I am just comparing all the stores we usually shop. I have also complained to Google about your response. Don't try to cover-up or pretend like so nice.

I just had the best experience at Asiyans. Firstly, the selection of jewellery available is full of variety. If you have a look in mind, they will most likely have it. Secondly, I searched many other stores around Mississauga, Brampton, and Scarborough and Asiyans has the fairest prices out of them all. In addition to both the points above, the customer service went above and beyond anything I’ve gotten at another store. The jewellery specialist, Sonia, helped my friend and I greatly. I tried on literally half the necklaces at the store and she was so patient and helped me pick out the best items to go with my outfit. Next, she customized chudiyan (bangles) sets so beautifully for both my friend and my needs. This whole process took time as my friend and I had specific looks in mind and she really took the time to help us out. Overall, we left very happy and satisfied with out purchases. Worst service ever!! Waited for 45 mins to talk to someone about stitching my saree blouse. The tailor was standing talking to a customer, but did not even acknowledge me at all. The least he could have done was told me he will be right with me or ask someone else to help me. On top of that, when that customer went in to try something on for 10 mins, he just went and sat down and chatted with other coworkers instead of asking if I needed help... I was standing right at the tailoring counter! I guess if you’re not South Indian or Sri Lankan they don’t care for your business. Never buying anything from this place again. In response you your answer... I was only 2-3 feet from counter because there was a customer right in front.... I was on the phone because 45 minutes is a very long time; not sure if you guys realize that... and also I made direct eye contact with that tailor several times and not once was I addressed... instead of sitting down and chatting he could have said a simple “hi can I help you”...I’m obviously waiting for you as the tailoring area is in the corner end of the store and I’ve been facing your counter for 45 mins. Also, I think anyone would deny service on their way OUT after almost waiting an hour. It seems you guys make excuses for your lack of service instead of fixing them.

My daughter and I are frequent customers to Asiyans. We always go to Raju to get our blouses tailored. He is very friendly and extremely professional. Raju greets everyone with a welcoming smile. He always makes sure that the measurements are prefect. Just as discuss, blouses are ready to be picked up at a timely manner. When we went in for our fitting/pick up the blouses were clean and neatly stitched. I didn’t have to make any final adjustments. I recommend Raju to a lot of my friends and family members. It's THE one stop shop for all your clothing needs. You can buy pre-made (i.e. We bought a pre-made Lengha) and get clothes tailored or altered (i.e. Blouse). The clothes have come in a range of prices, and the quality is uncompromising. The staff are patient, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Shilpa helped us pick a Lengha by going through many many choices before we arrived at a decision. All the time she gave us her full attention and was pleasant and polite.

I came here for the first time a few days ago and was very impressed with the customer service here. I've been to many saree houses and most of them dont really provide me much satisfaction. As soon as I walked into this place I had an amazing young lady help me out (sorry but forgot the name!) she was so patient and even introduced me to the owner of the store. Found an absolutely beautiful saree that was way way WAY over my budget, but he owner of the store decreased the price for around my budget! I was very impressed with the friendly-ness and professionalism of this place and most certainly home to come back soon! Thank you to all the people that helped!!

Went here today to tell them that I recently bought a lehenga from here and they mixed up the dupatta with another lehegas dupatta. I asked if I can bring back the outfit to show them and see if they can help figure out the mixup since I saw the same outfit today. The owner just shook his head and the ladies just walked away -- I've decided it's not worth the trip to this store anymore. I've managed to find another store that I'll be a regular at due to better service and prices . WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM ANYMORE TO ANYONE!
