Her name is Tia, and she was very helpful in helping select just the right things we were looking for by giving us thorough knowledge of what they do and how it will help us. Employees like that are golden. We’re like you’re store better than the one closer to us and only stopped in there as we were coming back home from out of town. My wife and I agreed that we will go to that store now instead especially if we are greeted as warmly and as professional as Tia did. E we have been married for 33 years and recognize that spicing things up in the bedroom is definitely that which helps our relationship. Just as I’m sure it does for other couples. I bought a massage oil (cooling mint). When I opened it, I found that it wasn't properly sealed (the seal wasn't glued to the bottle), and it smelled weird. I went back to the store but they told me all of their sales are final, and the woman working there said it smelled as it's supposed to. I asked 5 people at this point to smell it and all agree with me (including one person that bought this in the past, and says that it not supposed to smell like this at all). So I've been scammed. To anyone buying here, if you get a product that's supposed to be sealed, make sure that the seal is on before you pay for it. I'm not buying in this store again.

I went to go purchase a new toy and it’s already nerve wracking walking in there. As I walked up to the register, this long haired blonde guy was being passive aggressive when asking if I had any lube at home, when I asked for a recommendation, I received nothing and it made my experience even more uncomfortable and anxious. I understand people have bad days, I work in customer service as well, but I should never feel like I’m being judged by an employee when purchasing an item from their store. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again, do better.

This not a place you wanna go twice! So, better not to go even once. They sell products and toys you may find anywhere else but, the differece is that they motivate you to buy warranty for an extra pay that not surprisingly you get nothing when their product is being returned with obvious issue. Online shopping has it's own concerns but at least cashier does not smile at your face and say "sorry we are out of stock" go somewhere else!!

I came in to buy my first toys and was totally lost. Both the staff that were in made me feel comfortable and heard, and made sure that I didn’t just walk away with any toy. They took the time to hear me out and I walked away with two toys that I’m excited to try out!! The assistant manager helped me most throughout my experience and made it seem like I was talking with a friend rather than just being sold something. They also made sure I was informed about the cleaning/health and safety aspect of my toys to make sure that I could have safe fun! Shop here if you want to get RIPPED OFF. We are from out of town so we had quite a few things to get - to the tune of $600. All of the items we bought worked except for a special order - we pulled that one out of the box and it didn't work from the get-go. I dropped by with the device and the woman wouldn't budge (BTW, the item was about $100). So I called afterwards and asked for the manager - she told me his name and then hung up on me. When I called the manager, he would not even offer a store credit in spite of the fact that I had the shipping parcel it came in with the store address on it and I had the email confirmation of the special order. Because I didn't buy their "protection plan", I was out of luck. I protested that there must be a manufacturers warranty and he told me to send it back to them myself. This store is terrible - you are better off ordering online where the price will be cheaper and they actually respect the warranty.

So welcoming and thats what you need when you go to a sex shop. Sometimes people are embarrassed or feel weird going to a sex shop. I never do because the workers are so great. I hate going anywhere else.

Viberator product only lasted one charge. Took the product back and he said “we do not warranty our own brand” suggesting that the brand they carry are unreliable. I would not suggest you buying products from this shop since their supplier just dump their Asia garbage for this shop to cash only. Customer care is the last thing on their mind.
