Looks smaller from the outside than actually is. So much more than just decor and balloons. Huge variety of costumes too. I have hellium balloons that are still floating around as if I just bought them , we are going on three weeks now . I used the balloons on 2 seperate occasion (for the family party and the friends party , different dates). Great people to work with they advise you well. Can't find something, no problem, the owner goes out of his way to bring it in for you. Alyssa, great girl so patient and always smiling fantastic customer service.

Beyond rude service during the weekends from, apparently, the bosses sister. Lady if your shop works in a certain way, you can explain it nicely and politely to someone who is a regular customer! And if not, find a job next door at the veggies store where your attitude fits better. Plus, the shop doesn't look good, there is a mess in the behind part of it, prices are missing on items, seller seem confused and you need to repeat several times what you want. Not going back ever! And I was simply in a hurry, and you were 3 at the counter, and one was staying and doing nothing!

I had a lot of events this year and found "Le Roi Du Party Laval" to be the best company that does exactly what I want. Joelle has been the sweetest and most patient person ever. She listens to what you want and ALWAYS consults you before doing anything official. I referred 3 people and they were very happy and extremely satisfied!! Amazing service and the BEST prices! Definitely recommended!

it was my first time the other day and the lovely employee so beautiful gave amazing service! Cristina is her name! Greek young lady. By mistake I opened a costume when we were not allowed but she told me politely and with no attitude. Very kind and she gave me a changing room. It was busy in the store but she was still all the time with a smile and tried her best to help a lot of people at the same time :) The other young girl was very nice too! Very happy with this experience and with my costume. Keep up with the good work!
