My wife and I visited this store a couple of times in the past few days. Their annual Christmas Extravaganza was fantastic. Obviously much time and effort had been put in by the wonderful volunteers who made the experience that much more enjoyable, I'm a big kid at heart (73) but where were the real kids who would also have loved it too.

Nicely decorated store, but all of the nice furniture and décor is for display only, and most of the actual sale pieces are extremely worn out or stained. The clothing was nicely organized, but most of it was stained or heavily pilled. I might go back, but my initial experience was a bit disappointing.

Great huge thrift store. Everything you want is here. Also a nice area of decor set up like an antique store. Some prices are a bit over the top when they over value old stuff - a common problem in many thrift stores these days.

One of the only remaining, fully donated items thrift shop left run by volunteers that don't look to gouge the wallets of those who need these stores the most. The staff is exceptionally friendly and will get to know you over time. When people start to learn this is the place to donate good used items, I'll be able to add the last star.

I am obsessed with this place. Neat finds, fantastic prices, friendly and helpful staff and I never walk out empty handed. Can't tell if that's a good or bad thing but thank you Mission for furnishing half my house!

I honestly love this store is great BUT i don't understand why they don't sell everything in your store when it all was given for free, there has been many items i wanted to buy but they won't sell and its unfortunate. I think you guys need to sell everything in your store people don't go to thrift stores to see how beautiful it looks we go to shop. Hopefully you will change and sell everything.

I have to say I have usually enjoyed shopping here however after witnessing an extremely unprofessional conduct I certainly will not be returning. It isn't the first time I've heard of customers complaining that they are being falsely accused of shoplifting or made to feel like they were doing something wrong while shopping. But to actually witness this is entirely a different thing. A woman shopping with her granddaughter should not have to be put through what I witnessed today, especially when she was clearly embarrassed and was willing to empty pockets and bags to prove her innocence only to be told that there was proof she stole and it was on the cameras. Shame on you for that, I have been in management with customer service for well over 20 years ranging from restaurants to currently running an extremely high volume retail store and in all my years I have never seen such poor conduct from my employees as what I seen today. It is unfortunate because you have not only lost my business but I am willing to bet that you have lost the business of that poor woman who looked horrified. I strongly suggest your business looks into how to properly train employees on proper loss prevention techniques and proper approaches.

It's a really outstanding thrift store. Everything is clean (store and items), free from damage and the prices are lower than other second hand shops. It's a large shop with a bit of everything on offer. They don't stock anything junky. They also run auction items that update constantly - I've seen very nice antique furniture available. There's 50% off everything sale the first Monday of each month that people line up for. Great deals!

I can sum up this store with a story.... a man finds a shirt that he likes for $4...shows one of the ladies that it has a big stain on it....she apologizes and says that should not have been put out...he says I still want but I'll pay $1...she says let me check... Comes back and says sorry we can't drop the price...even though she was going literally throw it away... These thrift stores have lot their minds...I can't believe people still shop at these places they have NO Respect for their customers who are also the people that donate to them

Worst customer service I've experienced, I've never been told to come back the next day to by a priced item because the ladies wanted to use it for a display. How unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The item was for sale but I'm told to come back tomorrow to buy it?specifically because she wanted to have it on a shelf while the store was just about to close? Not a good experience at all. Editing for a reply to the response this review recieved. This is a store, regardless of when your volunteers do their display customer shouldn't be told to come back the next day just to buy an item that was already priced just so they can display it for no one to even see considering they store was closed in 20 minutes. So no I don't understand.

I was very impressed with how well organized this thrift store is. For a small town shop it had a pretty good selection. The prices are very reasonable during this era of overpriced shops looking to get top dollar for everything. Whenever I visit St.Thomas again I will definitely be visiting this shop again.

The books alone here I can get most in that nook hehe. Their are rows and rows of clothing here. Cool nook of toys and a whole side dedicated to household items. Cheap and you can find treasures.

I went here for the first time today, only to be accused of ripping the tags off to get items cheaper by the cashier instead of actually looking for the tag. Also no apology once the tag was found about the comments. Only for her to be training a lady and to think this rudeness is satisfactory for the community in these times.

Love me some second hand stores and this one is a real gem. Since moving into the area I’ve been here probably a dozen times, each time leaving with something or other. They have a large selection of books, frames and furniture which personally, I love but they don’t have as much clothing/shoes/decor as some people would enjoy. The staff is always lovely and it is quite busy usually but that’s understandable. Wish their hours were longer but regardless I’ve always found some beauties here for quite cheap too. They also have a monthly auction that they run on some of the more valuable stuff that’s donated and displayed inside which is something I’ve never seen at a second hand store! Super cool.

Lots of great deals to be had, keep an eye on sizing, can be frustrating. Don't like that they charge tax, (yes, I understand why) liked their bag sales, too bad they are discontinued. Overall, good store!!

Friendly staff, lovely store. I purchased some vintage books with great graphics on the cover, however the price stickers were put on the cover and ruined the cover when I tried to carefully pull them off. Value is decreased significantly. Please tell your pricing staff to put the price inside with a sticky note or something else that won't ruin the book.

I enjoy walking around this store, casually scanning items in each isle. Ya never know what you'll come accross. Great vibe there too...and amazing book selection!

Store is clean and organized- love all the new decor sections! Half price day is my favourite!! I try to get there every first Monday of the month for that :) My only complaint really would be that they lock the doors at least 10 minutes prior to closing. As I was leaving the store at 4:50 the other day, I overheard a family attempting to walk in, they were heading in to quickly buy a bike for their daughter that they didn't have the money for earlier. But the doors were locked and they couldn't get the bike. That frustrates me, if you say you're open til 5, you should leave the doors open til 5! Have someone by the doors warning people that you're closing soon, but don't just lock the doors!

I have been going here for years, probably spent thousands over the years and donated back but the one time i had a problem with a piece of stereo electronics and asked for a 40 dollar refund due to it not having the requirements to power the 5 speaker surround sound i had also purchased separately from them , I was literally treated like garbage. I wont go back and i wont donate. From now on i will only support goodwill as they support our community. I strongly suggest you know what cause your supporting because their statement is vague. I also noticed that there is a definate lack of cultural diversity in that store. Wondering why?

They do not follow covid guide lines. Employees allowed to wear anitmasker plastic masks, one of the only thrift stores that charge tax on their items. You won’t find anything cool as everything is in some weird auction with eBay listing printed out. Scam artists that hide beyond religious values

Felt like I went back in time when I stepped into this shop. They sell tools and items that are of no use in modern society. What really upset me about this store is that Everytime I come and look and something interesting, I find a sign that says : "store decoration not 4 sale". This is a store people, everything should be for sale.

It is clean and well organized. The clothing items are beautifully merchandised at the end of the aisles. End cap displays are coordinated by colour. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into showing their donations to their best advantage. Love the sales on random categories.

I went to this "thrift" store today to purchase blankets for our newly born puppies. What an amazing little store. Lots of options, far superior to Salvation Army and the pricing was very reasonable, especially in comparison to Good Wills.
