Not my favorite store. Merchandise was all over the place and sizes in wrong locations a lot. Goodwill please display by size and not colour....i never go shopping looking for a colour but I always go looking for a size.

My Aunt and I were in the store today. My Aunt uses a walker and was having a difficult time with her balance when a rude employee who was watching her from behind, was obviously in a hurry and cut my Aunt off. I was appalled at the lack of respect and patience from this employee.

Staff are not friendly and you have to wait next to them until they are finished having conversations with each other before anyone will open a change room for you. Since the change rooms lock automatically this means that it is very difficult to try on anything. I have been to this location many times and I think the girls that work there must really pick through women's clothes before they hit the floor because I have never found anything remotely good. All in all this is a location to avoid as it is a waste of time and an overall frustrating experience.

I thought the store was a community store selling donated items to help The less fortunate as well as help people with training to get work in the community. Not a get rich quick for head office and up!! The store is selling donated items and when I can go to an actual store and by the item brand new at a lower price it disgusts me. Head office, CEO, etc., should be ashamed of themselves!!! ????

I don't really know what to think of goodwills in southern Ontario yet. The books were well over priced and no real electronics or anything. I don't go for them to get clothing but looking for electronics and books so I am bi-aside towards that.

They have a wide variety of clothing, knick knacks, books etc but are overpriced. Can buy the same clothes brand new at giant tiger or Walmart for the same price.

It's a thrift store, so selection depends on donations. We find this a really great place to get work clothes or things you can turn into costumes, and the book selection is always good. Plus, you can't beat their prices!

The prices at this store are ridiculous. I use to go a few times a week but I am done . Been to many Goodwill locations Tillsonburg , London, Hamilton and this stores prices are almost double !!! Staff now is not particularly friendly. You need to get it together and stop ripping people off when you get everything for free!!!

They charge way too much for complete garbage. Who does the pricing in the back?!?! Do they have any idea what they are doing?? How bout you make sure that everything is in the box before you send it to the floor and charge 15 dollars for something. Ridiculous.

Very expensive, if you compare with different Goodwills- in London or Tillsonburg. Lot of damage China still priced high. Staff not friendly at all. Something wrong in this store. Why in other stores people are nice. Last evening I saw ceramic Christmas tree for $ 85.00. In Tillsonburg in antique mall it is for $ 55.00. Why, who is tallying them to price so high. Vintage, broken ceiling light $100.00. Amazing that head office is not paying attention to things like this.

This goodwill is so expensive and always very crowded. Stuff you’re absolutely wonderful however the pricing is sometimes 10 to 15% higher than retail and these are all used items.

Prices are generally higher then other Goodwill Stores. I have been to Goodwill stores in London, Tillsonburg, Woodstock and Stratford and their prices are all consistent. For some reason St Thomas prices are much higher on many items. UPDATE: Decided to give the store another try after my review of a few months ago. Dropped the rating from 3 down to 2. Prices are higher then before ???? Not in line with other Goodwill stores at all.

The experience at the goodwill outlet is a very different experience than any oher store i have been to. This store is meant for people whom don't mind to dig through bins and don't mind crowds. Never know what your finds could be in this store. All goodwills keep there stuff roughly on there shelves for 6 weeks. After the six weeks if it doesn't sell it goes to the outlet to sell. It is sold by the pound. It is a very different store. I like it. Customer service is great. Customers can be pushy at times. But it depends o what you are there for. Different experience. I like the experience.

Yes You can find some nice name brand clothes there, far as I'm concerned they are far to Expensive!! When they are donated FREE!!! What happened to helping out poverty!! The whole point of these used clothing company's!! To help the Less unfortunate!! Yet all the Rich with money believe it's cheap, buying it all up as they can..The parking lot tells me that when I see Marsadies, BMW, Lexis, & Half of the clothing items you sale can be bought at retail stores for the same price when they are on sale..Example, a Pair of brand new Jean's at Blue Notes are $10 and you sell used ones for the same amount. RIDICULOUS.. Put your prices and Down and you'll See Whole lot more Smiles happening, & more good news spread for your awesome deals.. P.S Let's be real. Ppl need a Break.

Prices getting higher and higher, at this time it's the most expensive thrift store in St. Thomas. My patience is running out, how dare you sell USED items, which you got them for FREE so expensive?! Kind of defeats the purpose of help the less fortunate! They mission is just earn money, sad but true. I'm really disappointed. Shame on them!

Visited this store today to purchase blankets for our newly born puppies. They had one comforter, and it was $10.00. Not that this is expensive, but it wasn't a high quality comforter.

I would give no star if it was the option. I loved shopping here before but now during this crazy plandemic you have to be tested for your temperature to come look at all their filthy junk.
