A little bit pricey but I still like to go to global pet foods either way. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful and they have a good variety Of product. I like that they have a loyalty card if you buy so many you get one free. A whole bag of dog food for free After so many purchases sure I’ll take that!

Seeing as this is the first negative review I really hope you follow up on the constancy of your staff. I was just told I had to PAY to make a return. That particular employee not only gave me the WRONG information, but she also made me feel like an idiot. I had to re-enter the store to speak with another employee who corrected the mistake, to which I received NO apologies. I am so disappointed.

The staff are always friendly and are very knowledgeable! They have a massive selection of different foods for dogs and cats which is really nice. Plus I love that after so many bags of food, you get 1 free. I was just in today and the staff working took the time to show me the different options and explain each one for my cat, I really appreciated it!

Insanely helpful team when it came to picking the best food for my picky little Boston Terrier. I was taking him off of a raw diet and they were patient enough to assist with choosing, and then returning, multiple types of kibble. They didn't for one second lead me to believe that I was bothering or annoying them... Which I knew I was.
