I am leaving this review for my wife and mother-in-law. They both visited Aline's and were measured by the sales person, who brought my wife the wrong size to try on. The sales person insisted that she measured correctly, but it did not fit. My wife was done shopping. Her mother was measured and a special order was placed for multiple bras. When the order came in, my mother-in-law returned to the store to find that the bras they ordered did not fit. The store apologized and placed the order again. When this order came in the second time, bras still did not fit. My wife's mother cancelled the order and was given a full refund.

I purchased lingerie for my wife's birthday at Aline's. The owner was kind enough to help me and explain the various selections and sizes. I ended up buying several bras for her. Such a great store and excellent hands on service. I would highly recommend Aline's for all of us men looking to shop for their wives.

The service here is amazing. The prices are high, but you get great service (fitting, advice) and very high quality garments for your dollar. The lingerie I've purchased here has lasted me years with very little wear (with the proper care).

Sadly, the customer service I've received since Aline's changed ownership has really went downhill. I've always purchased my bras from Aline's but am considering finding a similar shop in London where I feel they actually care about me. The past few times I've been in the store, the sales reps have made me feel like I'm an inconvenience, and that's with only one other customer in the store. I am a very obscure bra size, so I usually require bras to be ordered in for me and this option was never discussed the past two times I've been in. So sad to be leaving my beloved bra shop after years
