You could let the customer know that there were things missing inside. That way the customer could decide if he will buy it like that or not ... Bad experience for me. I was fooled ... J'ai appelé la friperie. Une dame m'a dit qu'elle est desolee et qu'ils ont vraiment des choses manquantes dans les set de couvre lit mais ne peut rien faire parce que je devais verifier avant d'acheter. Ils ne veulent pas echanger. Eh ben ça s'appelle confiance. J'avais confiance en vous c'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai pas verifié avant. Je suis vraiment decue. En plus j'ai acheté le set de couvre lit casiment dans le meme prix que les autres magasins. Vous trompez les autres avec des choses pour dire apres que vous ne pouvez pas echanger. Vous n'etes pas honnete du tout. Vous pourriez mettre le client au courant qu'il y avait des choses manquantes a l'interieur. Comme ca le client pourrait decider s'il va l'acheter comme ça ou pas... Mauvaise experience pour moi. J'ai été dupée...
