I do not see how the craftsman had to make silver castings for pieces which are not in silver. With that, I don't want to discourage you from getting accessories at this store, but think about it if you are thinking of having something made for you. It would be better if you bought what is in stock. Shop carefully! OYÉ OYÉ (Original) Tout d'abord, je dois dire que l'endroit est bien et que la plupart des employés sont sympathiques. Cependant, j'ai eu le malheur d'avoir une expérience plutôt pénible comme client et c'est agaçant pour un premier achat. J'ai voulu me faire fabriquer un collier MJÖLNIR EN ARGENT étant donné que je suis passionné des vikings. La gérante m'a fait un estimé de plus de 300$. Ce qui est louche c'est qu'un de mes amis qui a travaillé longtemps chez un bijoutier m'a averti que l'argent ne vaut rien en tant que tel. Le projet a pris plus de temps que prévu. Je voulais vraiment l'avoir au plus tôt, car je partais en voyage et je n'avais toujours pas eu d'appels du magasin la semaine avant de partir. Il a fallu que je les contacte la dernière semaine et je pense que c'est ce qui a "gaché" le projet. Au final, le collier n'était pas complètement en argent, car il s'est décoloré en moins d'un mois suite a l'achat (ce n'est pas supposé faire ça). La chaine et autres pièces commencaient a perdre leur éclat argenté pendant mon bref séjour en Écosse. Elle m'a aussi dit qu'il y aurait une étampe derrière une pièce indiquant qu'il était bien en argent. L'étampe n'y était pas. Je n'ai jamais reçu de photos de la moindre étape du projet, donc crédibilité ZÉRO pour la "forge". On ne sait pas si elle existe et on ne peut pas rencontrer les artisans qui vont se charger de nos projets non plus. Elle me disait qu'il fallait faire des moules pour certaines pièces et que c'est ça qui coûtait plus cher que les colliers deja en stock. En conclusion, j'ai dépensé presque une semaine de travail dans l'entretien ménager pour me payer un collier qui était seulement plaqué en argent (rappel: l'argent ne vaut deja pas grand chose) et j'ai probablement payé le double pour une main d'oeuvre "douteuse". Je ne vois pas comment l'artisan a du faire des moulages d'argent pour des pieces qui ne sont pas en argent. Sur ce, je ne veux pas vous décourager a vous procurer des accessoires a ce magasin, mais pensez-y si vous penser vous faire fabriquer quelque chose. Il serait mieux que vous achetiez ce qui est en stock. Magasinez prudement! OYÉ OYÉ
