Got charged $45 for costume contact lenses that are $20 almost everywhere else and imagine my surprise when there are no returns on contacts... Sealed, hardly touched but a clear and present danger I guess. This is the latest and now last in a long line of times this place and bent me over. I used to go because they are conviently close to me but no, I will drive completely to the other end of the city to Party City rather than do business here again.

owner Naomi will not stand behind what her staff members have said about their products! I was told one thing and Naomi is saying her staff would never say that, essentially calling me a liar. I have three witnesses that heard her. take your business across town to Party City where you will be treated appropriately.

Best selection in Niagara for matching coloured plates, fork and serviettes. They also have a good quantity in stock and try hard to get the items required (which, for me, is a lot due to events at the winery events).

They are TERRIBLE, on the website it says exactly "Cosmetic Coloured Contact Lenses! Only $29.99 Come check out our 100’s of coloured cosmetic contact lenses. FDA and health Canada approved. Guaranteed best price!" WRONG, I went in to buy contacts the girl working there was rude and it was my mistake for purchasing the product. I ordered some 'bella blue rain' contacts, they were over priced no where does it say that they are FDA approved. Please learn from my mistakes and take your business elsewhere.

Staff here don’t wear masks. Unprofessional and unfortunate as I wouldn’t have expected to see such blatant disregard for their patrons safety and government policy and procedures. I wondered how infrequent the cleaning and sanitizing was happening.

Great little party shop! Excellent selection for every occasion. Prices are very reasonable and the service was terrific! Only downside was not a stroller friendly entrance but help was offered to make it easier!

So I called the store and I was looking for some specific items like my contacts (which I've only found here) and I was beyond impressed with the service and knowledge of one worker named jordanna she was attentive and tried her best too find what I was looking for, I was more then satisfied and recommend this store too everyone ????

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly father who visited the store this past Thursday. He told me that he experienced excellent customer service, the girl walked around with him answering all his questions, held and carried all his items for him. He said he was in there for about 20-30 minutes and the entire the girl attended to him with a smile. I appreciate the fact that they provided such amazing service to him.

I am a frequent customer at party max. And I always look forward to my time there Every single time I visit the store the staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and tidy, I can locate everything with ease. I will always go there for my party needs, and that’s quite often as a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 5!

Bought an item for a costume, but was unsure it was exactly what I needed. I asked the manager if I could return it. She told me I could, but would only receive store credit. I was fine with that. I went back two days later with the unopened item and receipt; spoke to the same manager and was told they do not give refunds. She was considerable rude too. Spoke aggressively and turned her back to me when I started explaining she was the one I talked to just days prior. Highly recommended never shopping there. Just buy from Amazon - it is cheaper there too

Wholly unacceptable 'customer service' from management at this store. (Rest of staff absolutely fine) Attempted to purchase contact lenses for a halloween gift and was asked for ID. Presented a valid UK driving licence which was completely rejected by management - rudely exclaiming 'Uhm no, what is this?!" and being blankly refused merchandise. It wouldn't have been so bad if they actually took a moment to inspect the genuine form of identification, but they glanced at it and outright rejected it. Dire customer service - seems like the management there are all partied out. Avoid.

Horrible customer service. Make sure you check their return policy as they won't tell you that things can't be returned. Save yourself the headache and go to Party City.

Their prices are reasonable. However I’m not impressed that one of the foil balloons I got was deflated 2 hours later, the balloon ripped along the seam, couldn’t even use it at my daughters party. The balloon weights also were paper light

Recently we visited the Party Max store in St Catharines. We received absolutely EXCELLENT service. We were served in a friendly manner and quickly made our purchases of foil balloons filled with helium . This was the only party store in St Catharines that had a foil balloon for Happy Anniversary.. This is a Canadian company that takes pride in providing what a customer needs. We will gladly return to this store for any future party needs.
