I contacted Herzog's for a few rentals and a non standard Tartan pattern (nothing to crazy)and it took a long time for them to return my email I submitted through their website. The response I got was very short and simple "No we dont, sorry" with no suggestions or ideas on what they might offer to ensure they got a portion or most of my business. The website offers little to no detail about kilts and options ie tartan colours, and forces you to contact or visit the store. If your looking for anything remotely off the standard packages, you might as well look elsewhere. I tried to support local but am now having to look in the North York/ Barrie area.

Man does this place need an update. And customer service .... What service , we had to call out to find someone to even come to attend us . We knew exactly what we needed and still they could not help us. Very dissapointed.

Waste of time trying to contact them through phone to go 8n and get told she can't serve us today as she argued with another customer in the back about him wanting the groomsmen to have matching suits

In 1995 this store would refuse to sell grey school uniform pants to Catholic students. My mom and I were new in town and didn't know this. The lady at the check out asked what school I was going to and I said Notre Dame. She then said that the store has a policy to refuse business to who they please and told my mom she couldn't sell us the pants. My mom asked what century the lady lived in and gave her a scolding. After my mom ranted for 5 minutes how disgusted she was my mom placed $30 in cash on the counter and advised the lady to take her money because she's taking the pants. I'm not sure if it's still like this in 2017, but even for 1995 that was bad.
