Kaitlyn was amazing at helping me find the right dress. I am not someone who wears dresses and wasn't confident in finding one I'd be comfortable in. She helped me go through the dresses I thought I wanted, but also gave suggestions that were a little outside my ideas, which is where I found the perfect one! With the help of the tailor she recommended (Altair Design Ltd.) it only required a few adjustments to the straps and neck line to be in the right colour, comfortable to wear, easy to move in, and IT HAD POCKETS. The entire experience was a breeze. I felt like I was listened to, and my concerns addressed, while still getting expert advice.

I feel like so many stores that are wedding related have terrible customer service because their focus isn't on wanting to have repeat customers. The Dress Lounge and the staff that are there are so kind and the great customer service is refreshing. This store has something for everyone and that's what is so great about it. You can get your hair and makeup done for a special event or just for a night out. You can get a formal dress whether you're a bridesmaid, mother of the bride, a grad, or a guest and you can get a dress/outfit for a night out or just everyday wear. I have purchased a few of their items from TDL Online and I purchased a beautiful stole/wrap for my elopement at their YEG location. Would definitely book services in the future as well.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I'm around a size 18 and they had dresses that fit me, took the time to get to know what I was looking for, gave me advice to save money and made me feel SO comfortable it felt like I was at home. They even got my mom in who has been dreading shopping for a dress for my wedding due to all the body shame in the wedding industry - they made her feel beautiful, happy, and perfect just the way she is. If you are someone who dreads shopping for dresses because of your size or past experiences I am telling you there is no place but here for you. Brought my bridesmaids here after a bad experience at David's bridal . I was concerned that it was going to take forever to find a dress but once we stepped into the dress lounge it was nice quiet ,organized and not overwhelming what so ever. The ladies offer you a beverage before you begin then you try on dresses in a wide open private space . I do believe that is what made it so much easier to decide as you had the space to walk and feel how the dress fits. Best place to find your dress ! 100% would recommend!

We came looking for a very specific brilliant red for our bridesmaid dresses. It's been a bit difficult to find. We eventually found the right style and colour at dress lounge luckily. The staff were very nice and accomadating. They tried to point us in the best direction start with to figure out the best dresses for us. The one we really loved first unfortunately ended up not coming in the right red so we had to order dresses that were gorgeous on the model and that we hadn't seen on ourselves. They unfortunately didn't have that or another one we liked in Stock to try on. The shop is lovely it had lots of space to move around, private with lots of mirrors and even has a tv and colouring for little kids you brought with you. The bathrooms are nice and spacious too. They also offer you tea, coffee and or hot chocolate. All in all we had a very good experience considering it was bridesmaid dress shopping haha. I would definitely go here again first. The prices are higher than Davids bridal but I think you get better service here. So it's what you are willing to pay for. We have yet to see our dresses but are looking forward to trying them on.

My wife and I had been planning our wedding for March 21st and had to cancel everything as this was the week the government began quarantine. We were hoping to receive a full refund so that we could celebrate at a later date and consider this vendor once more. Instead they refused and only offered 50% back. Being low on funds, this was really difficult for my wife as she paid the deposit of all her bridesmaids out of her own pocket. The only tears a bride should have to cry over her wedding are ones of joy. I am extremely unimpressed with the lack of empathy from this company and will be steering any couples I know who are getting married away in the future.

Kaitlyn and her team at TDL Styles are amazing, and very reasonably priced! My hair was even more perfect than I could have hoped and they were nothing short of fantastic for my entire bridal party, right from the trials through to the wedding day! So professional, accommodating and truly went out of their way to help us all feel beautiful! If you have a chance to use their lounge on the morning of, I would highly recommend it. It was the perfect place to start my special day, and lots of beautiful furnishing for great ‘getting ready’ photos too. Highly recommend TDL Styles to all brides and their bridal party. It is expensive, but the results are great. I worked with Kaitlyn for hair and would recommend her as did a beautiful updo. We wanted to tweak a few things after the first hair trial and she offered me another hair trial for free which is what I expect from a high quality and professional place. I really appreciated that and it gave me peace of mind knowing we would be able to nail down a style that worked for me and so I didn't have to worry on my wedding day what would happen. I worked with Mia for my makeup and she did a fantastic job with my bridesmaids and myself, and I would recommend her again. She was able to accommodate all skin shades which is a great practice, and one that is hard to find unfortunately at other places and should be addressed by more individuals in the business.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. What should have been a happy time choosing a dress for my son's wedding, nearly had me in tears. The staff member dealing with us was not overly friendly and I should have been told when I booked the session that 12 weeks lead time was necessary to have a dress ordered and delivered. I made a special trip to St. Albert from out of town and was very disappointed. I am glad others had a positive experience, but I will not be recommending to others.

I was dreading shopping for mother of the bride dresses (2 weddings, 3 weeks apart) but from the moment I walked into this store I felt comfortable. Our consultant was very helpful, understanding my concerns as well as immediately coming up with suggestions and showing us a number of dresses. We weren't rushed at all and felt perfectly at ease. I found two dresses off the rack that will require minimal alterations and was able to leave the store with both. The owner also offered ideas and found the perfect shoes for me. 100% recommend this store for the perfect shopping experience!

My wedding is June 27th, 2021, I ordered my bridesmaids dresses in January (from a different dress store in Edmonton) and was told they would be in by May. 12 days before my wedding, I was informed they would not be coming in. I looked everywhere and a small boutique recommended The Dress Lounge! With 5 days to my wedding The Dress Lounge helped both my girls find beautiful dresses that fit them perfectly and in the exact colour I was hoping for! Every staff member we met in store was delightful. They seemed genuinely interested in the wedding and what look / expectations we had. The process was explained to us and my bridesmaids dove right in to pulling dresses. The consultant was on hand to take their selections to the fitting rooms. We were given the private lounge that I can only describe as lavish. It was gorgeous! The consultant also continued to pull dresses as my bridesmaids tried on and rejected or found things they liked. She listened to what they wanted and brought in similar options. It was a very fun and relaxing atmosphere that I absolutely recommend for your bridesmaids or mother of the bride shopping. Would definitely return, should the need arise!

This is the best place I have ever been for nice dresses. Selection is great, sizes from 4 to 34 every color style and price range. Staff are awesome helpful, and know their stuff. We made an appointment and they got some preliminary info on the phone about sizing style color and they had dresses pulled and ready to try on when we arrived. I highly recommend this store. I will definitely go back again for new dresses.

We first came upon this venue a while ago while shopping for my Mother of the Bride dress, and found they did so much more! Two weekends ago Aug.1st my daughter was married. She looked so beautiful and so did her bridesmaids, all thanks to The Dress Lounge. Thank you all so much for allowing us a special morning prior to the wedding to have our hair done, have breakfast and champagne, for allowing us a beautiful spot after to touch up make-up, change into our finest for the day and allowing us to photograph and video the whole experience.
