Great big location, clean and organized always gems to be found!

Basically a cleaner value village… the employees didn’t really acknowledge us, the cashier was meh and the prices were strange. They were all over the place, all the dresses I found were <$10 but the skirts ranged from $8.50-$70!! 70 dollars is absolutely absurd. Found some good gems tho. Over all, average thrift store. Too bad there prices jump and have some that are way over priced.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. The staff is beyond rude and clearly don’t care about their customers. Prices are far too high for used items. I sincerely hope this place closes.

My 8 year old son needed to use the washroom but they looked at him and said you have to go somewhere else. I had a cart with items and was still interested in shopping but we ditched the cart and left for him to use the washroom. I will not return.

Mask Nazis. Employee asked me to wear a mask. When I told her I was exempt she asked for proof ( which I am not required to show) when proof was shown she decided it was fake and kicked me out of the store. I will never be back. Alienating customers is never good for business. Perhaps it's time to rethink the store name as there is no good will in this store.

I had a few items to drop off so I decided to head inside. The location is huge, lots of space to socially distance and all the staff were very welcoming. I know this next part isn’t the biggest issue but I went to check out the book section and it’s in disarray. It’s hard to find anything when everything is everywhere, no sense of order. Give me 2 hours and I could at least have it alphabetized by author. That would probably be the easiest way to keep it organized.

I LOVE this place. It had good stuff, and it’s prices are the best I’ve ever seen before. It’s in an accessible place and it has better, and more cheaper prices for clothes. Would recommend.

Store is huge ! ,plenty of room to move around and a layout that is a little different than smaller locations . Ok here's the bad news ...the staff , its like they are working in the dark ! I've never seen a line move so slow in my life lol I was next in line at the till and stood there for about 10-15 minutes. They had 2 tellers and about 15 people in line behind me ... I felt sorry for the folks at the back of the line , pack a lunch ! It was my second visit and the first one in the door ...I waited outside for about 20 minutes the line didn't move so I left ( like others behind me in line ) this is a location that needs to iron out some major issues with processing sales and keeping the flow of customers moving

Prices are outrageous. I know for a fact that I can go to Micheals or the dollar store and buy the same craft products new for less than the ticketed price for donated used items in this store. I feel sorry for the people who are not aware of this and spend their hard earned money here.

Awesome store! Big, bold and lots of great, affordable items. Doesn't feel like a thrift store. Feels like a high end retail store. A must go to store in the city.

Don't expect any good books on the shelf. They are prescanned and sold elsewhere. Remember that when donating to Goodwill that it's not all going back to community, at least not the good stuff. Maybe you aren't aware, talk to head manager. We have been donating great books around the Goodwills and I can assure you they are not directly coming out as they used to. There is a filter for the best books.

Large store and very clean. Many items are priced very high. For example, they are currently selling game systems equal to or greater than their value on eBay. Also, the staff sift through items. I witnessed a safe member cut me off in an aisle to browse through the trinket items. She then took an item off the shelf to put on hold for herself. It was not an item I wanted buy was disappointed to see this type of action becaus who know what else gets filtered through. Very disappointing. Eta to add that in the past few days I have noticed increase in better prices and a brighter attitude among staff. The manager is also very nice!

This store is Fantastic! Went there the other day and it is so nice and clean. Lots of space for Social distancing witch gives you the opportunity to go through racks of clothing and other items comfortably. Great variety of items to choose form even Designer brands. Prices are great. Fabulous Store to check out!

This location is MASSIVE! The racks seem endless when you first walk in, there's a huge selection of clothing and decor trinkets for every thrifters next DIY project. It definitely doesn't feel like a thrift store, and I appreciate the new exchange policy on clothing.

Goodwill is a great shop to get gently used second hand clothes and household goods. Every week, one of their tags (red, yellow, green, etc) is 50% off. Most clothing items are about $8.50 and with 50% off, you pay only 4.25! I prefer them much more than value village whose prices are equivalent to shopping st walmart. Their stores are also much neater and organized than VV. Also Goodwill doesn't charge gst ????

This store is AMAZING! They have such great brands and such high quality items. They also have a ton of beautiful furniture that has been refurbished and made more current. The staff is also so friendly and helpful, it was a great experience!

Change rooms are not open and they do not offer returns in place of this. Incredibly disappointing experience. ETA in reply to Goodwill: Most stores that don't have change rooms open have amazing return policies to help their customers be able to find their desired products(even thrift stores that previously had a no return policy have changed their policy after closing their change rooms to help customers). Going out and buying a special measuring tape to measure clothes will not be too helpful in figuring out if the clothes are comfortable and sit/look right, especially used clothing that will likely have more give and stretch to it than new clothing. I haven't been to many places without open change rooms, they aren't required to be closed, just cleaned after use, and I'll assume you just don't want to have to pay a staff member to clean it and won't adjust your return policy because of it. It's all just bad business practice and poor customer service.

What's with the lazy staff at the donation centre, all they do is stand there holding the bin. No help at all. I think I'll take my donations where some help is provided.
