Il y avait tout au plus 30 personnes dans le magasin. J'ai trouvé une veste et je l'ai essayé. Au même moment, la commis autoritaire est arrivé en panique vers moi, et elle nous a sommé à moi et à ma conjointe qu'il fallait que nous achetions la veste en question étant donné que je l'avais essayé, ceci dit avec un ton très très désagréable. Avec son attitude presque policière, j'avais l'impression d'avoir commis une vol. À un âge de plus de 55 ans, se faire traiter comme des adolescents rebelles est loin d'être une expérience agréable. Ma blonde était en furie et j'étais également insulté. La commis aurait pu être beaucoup moins expéditive, plus calme et si elle se serait exprimée poliment, ça aurait été beaucoup mieux. Une "control freak" dans un tel établissement n'a pas sa place. Notre envie de magasiner chez mode choc s'est arrêté net au moment son intervention. Ca s'est passé à Lévis, samedi le 5 juin 2021 aux environs de 15h30. Je ne crois pas retourner chez Mode Choc, pas plus que ma conjointe y retournera

Mon enfant voulait essayer un morceau mais moi je devais rester à l'extérieur de la salle (pourquoi mystère!!). Mais une autre mère était avec son enfant dans la salle d'essayage : je n'ai pas droit au même traitement de faveur... Ensuite lorsque mon enfant est sorti de la cabine, je lui fait signe d'avancer mais ouh là là. Les deux madames me disent qu'il est interdit de sortir de la cabine. Quand je leur dit que je veux vérifier la taille parce que c'est MOI qui paye, ouh là là elles (oui les deux) se mettent à hausser le ton et à crier en me disant que le règlement interdit de sortir des cabines!!??? Je n'ai pas le droit d'entrer pis en plus ni de voir les vêtements que JE paye et que JE magasine depuis presque une heure dans VOTRE magasin??? Me semble que faire 3 pieds en dehors de la cabine pour que je puisse voir mon enfant c'est pas trop demandé... Ensuite, l'une d'elle s'est mise à crier après un autre client en lui disant qu'il n'attendait pas au bon endroit à l'extérieur de la salle d'essayage : "vous devez attendre là, NON NOoon, pas là...j'ai dit là, NON là, là". Parce que mon enfant avait besoin de ce morceau je l'ai acheté, mais si ça avait été juste de moi, je serais partie sur le champ sans rien acheter.
