This was my second time staying at this location on a ski vacation, this time with my family. The staff we interacted with, including the Front desk and breakfast host, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and the complimentary breakfast and coffee service is the best we've had anywhere by far. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you.

Our family comes through for work regularly and we stay here!! They are welcoming Albertans with open arms and amazing pricing. Angela you are amazing to deal with and we appreciate you. Thank you for the love for all pets and allowing our dog to have it's own little tray and all. We will support you during these times thank you for having us. NOTE .They take all precautions during Covid 19 as well. Bagged snacks, breakfasts and more available as well to fill your belly. Thanks again for having Wicked Willow Log Works.

We had a really wonderful stay. Very clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was great.. Real eggs! Rooms are nice and big. Very comfortable.

The hotel Staff was amazing! Check in, check out all went extremely smooth. We were there with a hockey team and all the players parents. Very accommodating. They helped with dinner reservations and recommendations. Beds are awesome!!

Good location if you are doing the recreational activities around Revelstoke. 20 minute walk to downtown or they have a shuttle. Breakfast included but it's basic. Some hot stuff, waffles, eggs, potatoes and a meat. Cereal, toast yogurt. Pool outdoors, hottub. Clean, attached to variety store/liqour store.

Our stay at the Best Western was one to remember! The hotel staff was all very friendly and accomodating throughout the weekend. A warm breakfast and large hot tub was a perfect way to start and end the day! All the COVID safety procedures were well done and we all felt safe during our stay! Highly would recommend this place for your Revelstoke adventures!

Amazing hotel, pool was great in size and the 2 hot tubs had working jets and were very spaced out. Rooms were nice and A/C was amazing

Staff here take great pride in their jobs and it shows.... super clean bedrooms and facilities.... the comp breaky was surprisingly amazing!!!!! There pool n hot tubs where thee best, cleanest and Towles were stacked up!!! I'd stay here again and again
