Quite literally the worst customer service experience in my life. The fitting itself 3 months before the wedding was fine. I had to get ready for a wedding, and I called a week ahead of time asking if I needed to book an appointment ahead of time. Was told no. I got there, and not only did I have to wait 3 hours before finally being fitted, nothing was right for me or any of my groomsmen, and they tried to make us pay a second time. We then had to go in the next morning, and not only did things have to be fitted again, but we still had things that weren't ready. No shirts were available. Was told "come back just before close and we will have it ready for you". Thank God I didn't leave without having a backup plan, because we still didnt get the proper shirts we needed. I understand being understaffed, and maybe things got bad because of COVID. But my god, that was horrendous. Go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service experience, you’re far better off going elsewhere. Was supposed to be in a wedding in October that got cancelled because of Covid. Myself and the rest of our wedding party paid the full cost of the rental up front (5 groomsmen, full suits). The wedding was cancelled, and management has given us the run around for months about getting us our refunds. No replies to our emails, no return phone calls. “Saskatoon head office” is a complete farce and useless in finding a resolution. Avoid this store at all costs. Take my advice, go to Moore’s, the cost is comparable, and their customer service is far more dependable.

Tux & Tails (Regina) has deceptive pricing I was shocked when they charge all the additional hidden fees, that I took my business to Moore I lost my deposit to Tux & Tails. Tux & Tails hidden charges are Shoes-$25, Shirit-$5, Pant-$12, Puff-$12, Vest-$12, Insurance-$6 and your Jacket which is the price you think you are paying is ruffly $110 to $125 total for groomsman party of 4 is ruffly $850. Moores bundle everything for only $150 each which means $600 for your party and Calvin Klein tuxes. Renting 3 tuxes and the 4th for free is a another scheme of theirs the 4th one is not free your have to pay for all the hidden fees so $74 for the fourth tux. Have a complaint? well the the store manager can't resolve it you have to phone the owner of tux and tails which he is very difficult to get a hold. I decided to give up an warn other consumers. Service was good but fail to fully explain details and dodging my questions when I ask for full pricing of a tux.

Recommend going somewhere else. Product was good; service was terrible. Everything was fine when we all got measured up 3 months prior for an out of town wedding. Not sure if they were understaffed or had delivery issues but nothing was ready when we showed up two days before for our final fitting and to pick up the tuxes. All staff were aware we were coming weeks in advance. All the items we tried on did not fit and had to be reworked. None of the vests or ties were in. Had to make a special trip back in the day before the wedding and had to sit for 2 hours waiting for them to get everything together. Again, they knew exactly when we were coming. They they called the day of the wedding saying one of the vests was the wrong size and wrong color. Brutal. I asked for a discount and they gave me $20 bucks back. Brutal. Added stress no-one needed. Please try harder.

This place is horrible, the service is absolutely atrocious and it is not run by the brightest individuals. I’ve come for fittings twice for a friends wedding, was never greeted and stood around with a line of people for over and hour and a half each time. Save your money and go to Venice tailors. Get treated right and get better suits/tux’s.

Mediocre tux for almost $200, the truth is price would not be an issue if the tux was in a good condition. I recieved my tux with a ripped shirt & I did not even recieve suspenders. I suggest looking somewhere else for a tux rental to make your wedding party happier at your wedding. This was a total waste of my money, I had better clothes in my own closet.

Great service, have used them for weddings and other formal events several times. The only thing right now is that they're only open 3 days a week for 4 hours a day, I imagine due to the Vid, so it's difficult to get in there for fittings.

Coolest store in the city. Laura and Areana are superb. Laura helped me with minute details in choosing a Tux. Rhonda (Manager) is another star of this store. Thank you Laura and Areana for accommodating my rush request and helping me out in a very short time. I highly recommend this place.

Suit had to be refitted as it didnt fit. I feel it is unreasonably expensive and they nickel and dime you to death on upgrades, though that seems to be the industry standard.

Customer service is terrible. Avoid them at all costs. Refund for suit rental was requested in early October. It is now January and the refund has not been issued. Myself and one of my groomsmen have called multiple times asking about the refund and we constantly get the same run around that their "Saskatoon head office approves the refund". When you contact the Saskatoon office they don't have any information since your calling about Regina information. I am less concerned about the actual refund being given and more concerned at the complete lack of communication and accountability from the business. If you have to rent with them, make sure to put down the minimum amount and not the full amount like I did. If you need a refund you are not likely to get it. To move on to the clothing. Sub-par , expensive clothing. Have rented with them on two occasions and the clothing received was obviously well used and worn out. Price is very expensive for the quality received.

Terrible customer service. Didn't get acknowledged for at least 40 minutes. After that the lady kept telling a group and I to "just be patient I'll be right with you". Hour and fifteen minutes later.. still haven't been helped. Won't return here again. On top of this they lost all our sizes a year ago when things got delayed due to covid. Gong show. Don't go here.

Got stuff for my brothers wedding, he is a bigger fellow and when we went to pick everything up his vest did not fit. We were told that in 2 months since his last fitting he must of gained 4 inches of weight! Had to go to another place and buy a vest for his wedding

Terrible customer service. Our suits had to be picked up the evening before the wedding because none of the alterations were done. Talk about cutting it close. You have a one day window to bring them back but they are only open til 530. So if you have a normal job you're hooked then they are closed until Thursday so you get late charged. This place is a joke.

Brutal service. Out of 7 tuxes zero fit, shirts did not show up on time, and pants needed to be hemed 3 times and shoes were the wrong size!! Do yourself a favor and hire a street hobo, the results will be the same. Owners and management should be ashamed of the service and products they deliver. Any self respecting company would close their doors. Will be reporting to the better business bureau. And any one else so I can save them the Hassel of what we went thru.
