Awesome experience! I visited the store twice and found my dress on the second visit. The staff were extremely patient, helpful and accomodating. Hands down the best place to shop bridal in SK!! I had went to every major boutique in the province to find my wedding gown and these gals were top notch. When trying to find my wedding gown I felt like I had tried every style out there.. until the saleswoman (Kayla?) said I think you need to try this particular dress on I think it will be amazing with your silhouette and BOOM I had found my dream dress. NWL dress shop is in the heritage Leader Building located in downtown Regina. In this classy setting it dominates the downtown Regina's most desirable shopping area with its elegant, generous display window that irresistibly invites the customers into the store. As one enters through the attractive foyer and waiting lounge and through an inner door, the customer is immersed in a magical world of dresses and accessories. In the front is the cheerful cornucopia of casual, cocktail, and grad dresses, whereas in the back, up several steps, is what looks like a heavenly world of wedding gowns. The scene is like a movie setting. The bright staff attend the excited women in various stages of trying on the dresses, appearing somewhat awed, often in the company of friends who come for support and unbiased opinions. And most of the time, the cheerful, enthusiastic store owner, Nadia, is there to provide advice and encouragement. If not in the store, she is most likely attanding to one of her many interests in the Regina's business and fashion world where she and her dress store always seem to be the center of interest.

NWL was the very first shop I visited during my hunt for The Dress. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, in fact, my consultant recommended I check out other shops but that I was always welcome to come back and try on my favourites! I let her know what styles I was interested in and she pulled those as well as others she thought I might like! I appreciated that because when I come to a bridal shop, I'm not just there for dresses, I'm also there for the experience and expertise. I'd definitely consider NWL one of the best bridal shops in Regina.

I just adore this Bridal Shop! It was my first day out looking for a dress and the consultant was extremely professional and warm. I found two dresses I loved but was not ready to commit as my wedding is over a year away. The consultant wrote down both dresses I liked on a card for me and took my measurements so if I decided to order from their store I could just call and place my order for my dream dress. I would highly recommend this bridal shop over other bridal shops in Regina! <3

It was not a very good experience!!!. The dresses my daughter liked always disappeared. ..the lady that was helping kept bringing the same style of gowns the bride said no to 10xs. ..it was rushed. .we the sales lady forced her to start trying on her maybes and put a time limit on her...that's when we decided to leave...how the heck do you put a time limit on a bride trying to choose her wedding gown? What is wrong with you? You want top dollars for your gowns but rush the heck out of people! We went to a salon where we were not rushed in the Slightest and both my daughter and daughter in law to be bought the most amazing gowns! Their experience in the other shop was awesome!

Definitely book an appointment for best customer service, super friendly staff who are actually interested in finding you the right dress. They don’t pressure you to buy or order right away, they would rather you find the right dress than make a sale. I recommend going here for grad dresses!

NWL made shopping for my wedding dress an amazing experience. When I booked my appointment and was unsure I would have anyone with me, they made me feel taken care of by offering to facetime anyone in on the appointment. Alicia was wonderful not only to me, but to the girls I did end up bringing. She went above and beyond. I was going to take some time to think about the dresses I tried on, but after 30 minutes I knew I had found my dress. I popped back into the shop after my appointment and Alicia let me try the dress on one more time so we could facetime my mom so she could see the dress. Truly made my day with letting me do that!

Went in there to browse bridesmaid dresses with one of my girls. We found one rack with maybe 8 dresses on it? Tried to find someone to ask if that was all they had. Couldn't find anyone, so we waited in line at the till for probably 10 minutes to ask a simple yes/no question. When the people in front of us were done, the person behind the counter proceeded to ignore us and just stare at the computer. So then we walked away and had to grab someone who was clearly busy on the floor to ask where all the other bridesmaid dresses are. And that was literally all they had. We went to New Line Fashion instead. They are waayyy more helpful there and have amazing selection!

Great place to look at dresses. Highly recommend. They let you take pictures of the dresses you are thinking about buying. (Some don't,) So, when you go home you can remember what you've tried on and decide what you really want. Especially for people like me who live a few hours away. There is no pressure to buy they even tell you to go home and think about it as they want the prefect dress for you and sometimes thinking about it all you need. That's why I ended up buying my wedding dress from them as there wasn't a "oh, you like it so you have to buy it that second." feeling. Plus,I found I liked they had more variety as many places had the same thing going on,in the same dress but a little bit different. The inside of the store is very nice and clean as well and bright, so sparkle sparkle.:) Quite a few dress options to pick from for the not super small bride like myself.lol The staff is really helpful. Even after you've made the purchase there still there for you if u have any questions. They really go the distance even after you've got your dress they can even help with the little details like veil,etc.

The girls are extremely attentive to your personal style and needs and make you feel so special. You will see the owner around the store as well which I think is a very good thing and she is absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend this store and will be back time and time again!

I love this store. I need a formal dress every November. I went to Marbella on Hill first and their prices far exceed NWL and they don't give refunds either. I bought a dress there out of desperation only to go to NWL, again, to find what I was looking for and a dresses that I actually love and reasonable prices, too. Now I don't bother looking anywhere else.

NWL by far had the best selection of dresses of all of the bridal boutiques I shopped at. Teagan had such a big part in helping me find the perfect dress - she picked one out for me that I would have never chosen for myself, and it ended up being the one! She matched it with such a beautiful veil that I also probably would have never picked out on my own. Not only that - NWL went above and beyond with me once I chose my dress, and they were really helpful in making sure it fit perfectly and that I was happy in it. I went into NWL on Sunday, October 30th, 2016, needing a gown by November 5th, 2016. I was treated like a princess. I told the three lovely young women what I needed the gown for and they were on it. They brought me various gowns to try on and they were very honest on how it looked on me. Sending a huge thNk you to Donnelynn, Amanda and Kayla for making me feel special. Not only were they helpful with the gown they gave awesome recommendations for the alterations. P.S. I walked out of there with a beautiful gown.

This was the worst experience EVER. I have NEVER had a store make us feel so unwanted. The minute we walked in, they assumed we did not have the money to afford what they were selling. No one helped my daughter pick out her grad dress or any dress to try on. After trying on their frumpy hanging dresses, we moved on. An hour in your store with not one person to say can we help you? Way to go NWL useless staff for making a 17 year old feel like she is a nobody! Walked out of there and spent our $1200 just down the street! Pitiful.

I live in Saskatoon, and after checking out a few places there and not finding what I wanted, and feeling pushed into buying a dress, I decided to go to NWL in Regina. I had gone with a friend of mine the year before to get her wedding dress, and the experience was so great, I knew I wanted to go there to find my dress. I went there 2 different times to try on dresses, and both times the girls helping me were fantastic! The selection was great, and again I can't say enough about how great the service I received was. When I went to pick up my dress last week (which arrived sooner then they had told me it would) I again had great service, and would 110% recommend this store to anyone looking for a Wedding Dress, Grad Dress, Bridesmaid dress, or anything they sell. Can not say enough great things about my experience there!!!

The dress selection has significantly decreased in size and choice. When I went for my prom dress three years ago there was so much to choose from and the dresses were all so different with so many beautiful designs and fabrics, but now, shopping for my sisters dress, we struggled to even find four for her that she even wanted to try on. I had high hopes and was bragging about how great the selection was, so my sister was very disappointed when we got there. The staff when I went three years ago were so eager to help out and find the perfect dress for me. This time around, they acted like our service was a burden. It was a rather uncomfortable evening.

I needed a dress a week before my wedding due to an unfortunate experience with my seamstress wrecking my dress. The ladies were great. They dropped everything and helped me find my dream dress. They had a great selection of simple, contemporary dresses which I had difficulty finding when I originally went dress shopping in Saskatoon. As I had to buy off the rack they even phoned their preferred seamstress for me who met with me immediately after I left the shop and had my dress ready the next day. I would recommend this place to anyone and it is worth the drive if you are from Saskatoon

I had a great experience! I come to the store 3 times all on short notice and was treated well. All girls who helped me were energetic and gladly helped and answered any questions. The staff made me feel beautiful and eagerly provided me with their opinions when I asked for them. Booked an appointment & I’m not sure if the girl who was helping me just didn’t want to be there or could care less, but the service was less than exceptional. My friends had to basically do all the work & found me dresses to try on that were similar to the style I was looking for. If this was the service I was receiving even before making a purchase, I can’t imagine it would be like after they got my money. Will not be returning & my friends appreciated this feedback as they will not be shopping there either

I've had the pleasure of purchasing both my wedding dress and high school graduation dress from NWL. The service was amazing both times. The store is beautiful, spacious, and clean. I can not say enough good things about Teagan - she was extremely sweet and accommodating and made me feel amazing in every dress I tried on. The selection of gowns are so different from the other boutiques in the city and you can tell they have been carefully curated. My dress is Canadian designed and made and it feels so good to make an ethical purchase. I also love work NWL puts into improving the community through monthly print sales.
