Always excellent service and they have the best prices on FR coveralls and workwear in town. They also actually carry work gloves and work gear in smaller and womens sizes too, which is often very hard to find for a petite woman such as myself, working in the oil and gas industry.

Been going here for years, it's been too bad seeing covid have such an affect on their operations. But they're still going which is awesome. My coveralls are always clean and they do a really great job at cleaning gloves too. I worked in the patch, so it's about as dirty as a pair of coveralls can get. And they always come back nice and clean.

Pretty disappointing that when my fiancé brings in his coveralls with gloves in the pockets of each pair that this establishment takes it upon itself to do with them as they please. In past experiences the gloves are washed and returned. But this time they “misplaced” 3 brand new pairs of Impact gloves that had only been used one hitch. When he asked about missing gloves the extremely rude staff accused him of lying then said he must not have mentioned the gloves when dropping off. Which he absolutely mentioned as they were brand new gloves. So after spending over $80 on gloves (staff even checked the computer to confirm purchase) less than a month ago this shows how little they care about customer service. Also pretty convenient that they sell used gloves. I guess we know where those used gloves come from.

Terrible service. Was one of 2 people in the store. Asked for deerskin gloves, girl asked another girl who walked past saying no deerskin, only goat skin, just for me to look on other side of bins to see deerskin. Couldn't be bothered to spend my money there. Have heard from others, that customer service went down, had to see for myself, guess it's true.

Faulty work helmet came with wrong set up pieces lost my job because of it . on top of selling me ( fire retardant cover alls) that nearly got me killed on top of a safty vest retailed online for $50 for 159.99 near $320 bill all faulty equipment. Garbage store.

Being tall, I hate shopping for covies. They were able to add another 3inches to the length so I didn't have flood pants in the field. Quick turnaround and reasonably priced. Will be back when it's time to get more.
