The lady down stairs was quite rude, though the man upstairs was nice. We won't be returning. There are better thrift stores out there with better customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could rate it lower, I would. The only reason I'm giving it a one star is for the man upstairs who was very nice... I came in and was looking for a sweater, found one on the back wall with the other sweaters but this one was sitting on top of a plastic bag, I picked it up and was looking at it and the lady ran over to me angrily saying " don't touch my stuff, this is mine don't touch it." And we apologized and said we didn't know and it looked like something she was selling and she continued to talk to another customer saying "they just touched my sweater! How do you not know it's mine, honestly, you can't just be going through people's things".... So we will never return. If you are going to run a business at least be nice to your customers.

2 floors of shopping ???? Both the man and woman were very friendly and nice to me. Always find something new when I go in. They will pick up donations as long as you call ahead.

The lady on shift was very helpful in finding some clothes for a friend who had a foster girl dropped off suddenly when she didnt have anything for her to wear. She was knowledgeable and helped me get everything on my list including a really nice knitted baby blanket! And the prices are spot on i got a LOT for under $10!!!
