I would never return to this place and would advise anyone else to go elsewhere! I took my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned and upon receiving it back did not even think to check the corset. On my wedding day when my mom went to go tie up my corset there was no sash/string to do it up. We had to scramble to try and find something that would work and ended up having to use white (my dress is cream) wrapping ribbon. It looked totally obvious and it's all that I see when I look at my pictures of the back of my dress. It ruined one of the most special moments of my wedding. When I dropped off my dress I know that the sash was intact because I was unsure if I should leave it loose or tie tight. So I KNOW that it was there. I tried calling the business twice and just got told they'd leave a message for the manager. Over a month went by and I still hadn't heard so on my third call they told me that on july 8th there was a note saying that the dress never had the sash. But they were reading the note that was left when I called that day as I had picked up the dress the week prior. When I calmly told them that they made a mistake and the dress had a sash and that I just am hoping to get it back the lady coldly told me the dress came in with no sash and it wasn't their fault. Very unorganized business with rude uncaring staff.

The ladies that work here, are so friendly, great to have a conversation with. I actually couldn't finish my laundry one day. The lady was concerned about what was going on with me, she helped put my clean laundry in baskets and bags. Even loaded them into my car. They're super friendly and welcoming with my sons. Answer any and all this 5 year old questions. The environment and place its self is welcoming.

The staff are always so helpful. The machines are well serviced and most of the dryers work well, the odd one has no heat but staff always out signs up so you know and are quick to refund you if a machine isn't working. Such a nice place thanks!!

I recently moved here and researched the laundry service prior to my big move. I am reliant on this service. Three times of drop off service with items missing every time, and I am told that it has ONLY ever happened to me. I tried to problem solve this issue and suggested I leave my clothes with 1 staff in charge and taking responsibility until I picked it up. They can not accommodate me and "you should just go somewhere else". Consider that on one occasion they included someone else's sweatshirt with my items and I immediately gave it to them in hopes it would get to the rightful owner. They made no effort to resolve this issue. It is disheartening especially with limited laundry service options and being new here.

Did not dry clean my custom tailored dress shirt as I asked so it shrunk to the point the sleeves ride half way up my forearms now. Suit was dry cleaned but the pocket was ripped when I received it. I know it wasn't ripped before because I JUST had the other side repaired.
