Prince George BC 6pm-630pm The female security (East Indian) on October 15th 2021 was following me and my 15 year old sister around and she wouldn't leave us alone.. I was just shopping around looking for boots and she was always one isle away from us just staring at us made me uncomfortable to shop around. I stared at her and asked her why she was following us around she just kept repeating her self I'm just doing my job. I told her to do her job somewhere else and she just stared at me. Told her I was gonna leave and that I didn't feel comfortable with her staring at me like I did something wrong when I didn't.

I shop here all the time! They always have really awesome products at really cheap prices make sure you check their clearance section as they will always have something to inspire you! Some things are still a little overpriced but like I said they have lots of clearance sections where you can really scoop up the deals. They have a wide selection of things from housewares to children's clothes, it would be exciting if they could also have a book section.

So today was a terrible experience. The previous night at closing I had put items on hold to grab them the next morning. The Store has great selection. I recently just purchased a bag that had damage there is no replacement. I'm super disappointed about the bag but they were super helpful at the tills. They took the return back no problem. Extra wide doors that are automatic great wheelchair accessibility. There's a greeter with hand sanitizer with mask if you don't have one and dividers at the cash register. This store is really big and there's an entrance to the mall

Smaller than a lot of other Winners locations but this is understandable as it's Penticton (smaller population). Still carries a good selection just as long as you fit into their standard clothing sizes. I like the clean smell that blasts you in the face when you walk in. Good staff, knowledgable and friendly.

I had a very unpleasant experience today. I bought a pillow cover at a low price at Winners. I was happy because I was able to buy a 39-dollar product for $11. But when I came home and opened it, there was only one. I had to go to the store and check again to see if it was one. The customer service staff said it is right to have only one pillow cover at a discounted price for Clarence products. Nothing was specified in the packaging. It was just that the price tag was written from $39 to $11. If it had been written on the surface that at least just one was contained, I wouldn't have felt deceived.

Was very busy and almost looked like there were too many people in the store (per covid requirements) There was also no one manning the front entrance counting customers which is why there is a stat missing. Other than that Winners has absolutely everything you need from bathroom to the bedroom. The furniture is unique and sturdy. While mostly everything seems to be a decent price there are some definite exceptions where the cost seems astronomically huge. Just like other stores but the quality of products is generally high.

One of my favorite shopping store in Prince George. You can buy different items here. Associates were friendly and approachable. They have the most unique items and mostly affordable. I love buying organic and vegan products here. They have lots of varieties of showers and cosmetic products. They have a clearance section which I love. I bought my favorite toque here from Zara for 3bucks and I am still using it for 3years now. I have a very pleasant shopping experience here. We always buy unique gift for Christmas and other special occasions. Clean and very bright store. Makes your shopping experience better. Their new store location gives an important highlight to Pine Center Mall.

Our disposable/washable masks only work so far as sciences states masks are only so good for a duration. Other than this I found the staff to be polite and helpful. Initially I had a great experience- but then when I went in and found a lovely skirt on sale, the havoc began. The only size of this skirt had a broken zipper and tear in it, even so, I bought it. When I got home, I realized that the cashier hadn't taken the ink-alarm off! I have no idea how it didn't set the alarm off for one, but I had an excessively difficult time getting it off, and since the store was an hour away from home, I couldn't take it back very easily. This operation of taking the alarm off caused a tear in the skirt, and collectively, I had to fix a lot on it. It was a massive nuisance and I hope that next time th cashier staff will be more alert to the situation.

Shopping was fine. Getting thru the cashier was terrible. Only 2 tills for the first 10 minutes that I stood in line then they put another cashier on. Another 10 minutes at least until I had paid. The line was very long when I walked past to the door. I would guess that there was about 15 people behind me.

Terrible customer service, arguing about a return, then finally oh this one time only...they allowed a returned a $20 kitchen item, unused wrong size. Said oh, if you have a loyalty card we could take it back but you dont so we can’t. Several levels of management had the same argument. SERIOUSLY? You Lost a customer, well done! Would rather toss the item in the trash than waste my time for 20 bucks

Excellent store which always has some new bargains for all occasions. I love the store location as it has convenient access and lots of parking even for large trucks. Customer service is excellent and during busy hours they have up to four cashiers working. They also are accepting Google Pay, which helps to collect even more reward points.

I don't shop here often enough to find the "deals" everyone talks about and I tend to be a late shopper when it comes to seasonal stuff. I had a little look but didn't find what I was hoping for. Guess I need spend down more time looking around. The store is very bright and clean which is nice.
