So I am going there for the food bank side. Have been for a while and I actually know friends that go weekly, so we really need this food just like others, however this is how my visit went: as me and my spouse walk up to food bank we notice that there is a line of cars already which is not unusual, but closer to opening time a gentlemen, two actually got out of their car and stood in line and so I said we should too, we stood behind them people came along and formed a line behind us. 15 minutes after forming the line two individuals from two seperate vehicles came and stood beside me, and I thought it was odd I don't know them. The two persisted to argue and say that they were here first and that they were in line in their car. I said no that is not how it works, their is one line. She said that she cuts in line all the time and that the ladies at the front desk allow her to do it all the time. Now it was my understanding that it's first come first served. Just because my ride doesn't show up until I call her she's allowed to jump to the front of the line?? Anyone else see the problem? So with my short temper I was so close to knocking this lady and hopefully getting some sense knocker into her. The other person who jumped to the front he let the guys standing in line go ahead of him but the argument between me and the lady was still going on and she opened the door as did I and she walked in, I was going to put up a fight but didn't want to risk not being able to go back over knocking some lady out. Please beware of your surroundings even in a drop in centre some people have no morals or self respect. When I told the front desk she just said in sorry I didn't see it, how could you your office wouldn't be able to that's why I'm saying something and yet nothing happened no apologies no protocols or anything to follow not a good look for the Salvation Army.
