I bought my bridesmaid dresses there and it was a wonderful experience. Lynda new exactly what I wanted and picked out the most beautiful dresses for me. She knew what looked good on the girls and what would fit them best. She would not let us leave with dresses that we weren't happy with. They were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back!

Not impressed with this store at all. The person who was supposed to be helping us was not helpful at all, they offered no assistance getting into our out of dresses or ideas of what might make a beautiful choice. I was also very disappointed with how unprofessional she was, even the way she was dressed seemed inappropriate. I feel like the person who is trying to sell me a several thousand dollar gown should be dressed in business attire, not what could pass as gym clothes. Fortunately I have amazing friends who did all the work the sales person should have soI could actually try some dresses. I definitely did not but my dress hear and would not recommend it to anyone. Both the gallery and storybook were wonderful here in town, and David's bridal in Edmonton was an excellent choice of you are traveling.

I have to say when I went there with my bridesmaids to pick out dresses for them the service was great! The lady that helped us was helpful and took all the girls measurements and contact and mailing information. In the shop it was a great experience for us. My disappointment was when it came to my girls contacting the shop to make their payments and check on the status of their Dresses, the lady who they had dealt with them was very rude and short with them, one of my girls even got hung up on! To hear about this was a huge disappointment. My understanding now is that this person no longer works there. After that experience one of my girls was able to get touch with a new worker that came into this blind and had to clean up someone else’s poor customer service. This lady was able to do some digging and get her order straightened out, which I was happy to hear and my girl had much better experience with her. The lady even called me to keep me in the loop and talk about what had happened with my other girls from before. She apologized for them having a not so good experience and was even willing to call each of my bridesmaids to apologize for their poor experience and make things right. I appreciated that very much and do feel for her for being put in a situation that wasn’t her fault at all but am happy and felt much better after discussing my disappointment and having our situation smoothed out.

The owner was very professional and helped my daughter get a beautiful dress.She was patient with my daughter who tried on a million dresses.She had beautiful dresses also that were able to fit my daughter.We were very pleased at the service we received.

I have three sisters and one daughter. The second of my sisters' wedding is pending and my daughter still has grad and presumably her wedding to go through. I was in your store today to find a dress to wear to the wedding and when I stated that I would like to browse through and see was jumped out at me, a short blonde older woman on your staff replied "Oh honey, I don't think that's going to happen" Well, she was right. I was so offended by her condescending and rude response that my daughter and I left the store and immediately went to your competition and spent almost $800 on a dress, wrap, and shoes. For the first of my sisters' weddings I bought at your store. I will never spend another dollar there and will certainly be spreading the word and I have lived her for most of my life, so word will spread far and fast.

Definitely the place to go for formal wear, went for a wedding dress apt just didnt have what we were looking for. Lady was super nice. Was annoyed that there was signage stating no pictures until you say yes to the dress!!

Many varieties of dresses to pick from...but the overwhelming smell of dust reminded me of my grammas attic. Prices seemed decent, and it's not like people are PG have many options for Grad or prom dresses.

I had a most amazing time while I was in shopping for my wedding gown. The ladies there were so helpful. I went in not knowing at all what I might want and left beyond happy that I had found my dress. They said that they would go over all the beading for me to make sure it will be perfect for when the big day arrives and just really made me feel at ease. I highly recommend going there, I know I will be going back to pick out bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. Thanks ladies! You really made my day this weekend!

Bought my wedding dress here -- BIG MISTAKE!! Once they had my $$ the customer service ended. Kim and the seamstress were rude and condescending. For them it's ALL about the $$. If I had to do it over again I would go elsewhere and never step foot in this place.

I am unsure of why all of the negative comments below as I, and quite a few of my good friends had amazing service and great experiences here. The staff will never let you walk out with a dress without you looking fabulous in it (unlike some other stores in town that try to sell dresses that look awful just so they can get the sale). I highly recommend shopping here as the selection and service is wonderful.

I accompanied my friend who was trying on some prom dresses. She's not a tiny person and she doesn't wear dresses and was already a little out of her comfort zone, also all of the dresses were incredibly sparkly and some looked like they've been there for maybe 10 years? All of the dresses the lady put her in were either huge or way to small. She made comments that they probably won't have lots they could even order in her size and she was visibility uncomfortable. I felt judged just being there. Horrible customer service, highly don't recommend if you are bigger or don't typically wear dresses.

Love the dramatic, open the doors to view the dress moments! That's what a mother of the bride loves. Christie was helpful in deciding what it was my daughter was looking for and guiding her to that perfect dress. So many bad things about COVID, but having all the attention and store to ourselves...... awesome! Thanks for all your help.

Atrocious service. Buy a dress there if you absolutely must, (although there are tons of other wedding boutiques in PG with just as wide a selection who actually understand what customer service is) but do NOT let those hack seamstresses alter it, they will botch the job and refuse to refund you. The other reviewers are spot on, once these horrible, critical, impatient women have your money they will treat you like garbage. Spend your money at a boutique that actually deserves it and save yourself a lot of heartache.

The other day i went into image in white to get fitted for my wedding dress i had already picked out last year. When i went to try it on, it was to big as i had lost wait and it just didnt give me that feeling. Im not sure i even got the happy feeling ur suppose to get when trying on dresses when i purchased it. As i was unhappy i started looking at more dresses and grabbed a few more to try on. I tried the fisrt one that one of my girls pulled for me. That was it!!, it was the dress i started tearing up and the works began, i even had the lady helping us crying. I knew that i had to buy this dress. I knew i was going to have to take a loss on the old dress and buy this new one. I was fully aware that there is no exchange for ur dress once u buy it. But the ladys shocked me. They let me exchange the old dress for my dream dress and i just had to pay what was left oweing from the new one i had just picked out.I left Image in white feeling so happy i cant even put it all in to words for u. It was a great experiance.!!

I am very happy with Image in White. Linda picked out the perfect dress, and I bought it! It was the one! She took me in without an appointment. I didn't feel rushed at all. She actually got me in the dress and tightened it. Storybook only did the first string on the corset so obviously it didn't fit properly and look nice. I also got 100$ off the dress and 100$ off the veil. She was very nice, funny, and made the experience enjoyable. At Storybook, I felt rushed and pushed to get a certain dress. Not fun at all. I loved my experience at Image and will recommend it!

Everyone was fantastic :) I had a huge amount of people with me which was no problem what so ever. The lady I had was so nice and accommodating she deffinately made me feel right at home. The store experienced a little bit of flooding days prior to me coming in which resulted in a room not being able to be put to use but they made sure that both me and the other girl who had an appointment were equally taken care of :) it was a stressful situation for the store but they made everything work so wonderfully :) The girl who had an appt at the same time as mine was unfortunately pretty close to the same size as me and we liked the exact same styles which sucked for finding dresses (not the stores fault at all, her appt was before mine so we didn’t know) but once again the lady who I was with was absolutely amazing at finding what I wanted, and was able to work perfectly around the other girls needs as well. When the other girl had said no to a dress without being pressured by anyone my lady would immediately scoop up her dresses and bring them to me :). Like I said it was unfortunate our tastes were still similar but the store did an awesome job at accommodating both parties :) Unfortunately I found my dream dress elsewhere so I didn’t end up buying the one I liked from here, but the professionalism and treatment I was given would make me come back Any day and I will deffinately be looking into them down the line for bridesmaid dresses. Thank you so much for everything! I truly loved my whole experience with you!!!!
