Great laundromat with awesome, friendly and helpful owners attending on site. Clean place, well maintained equipment, places to fold and to sit, washroom, wifi and coffee available. Functioning machines for change and soap products. Mostly front load washers with simple wash options that should handle most needs. Capacity to clean king size comforters. This is how a laundromat should be run!! Besides top notch facilities, the owners were extremely helpful with local knowledge for us as we had recently moved to the area. So grateful we found Pictou Laundry Ltd. and had a positive experience there. Will be back!

This is the first time I have ever went inside a laundromat that is maintained properly and has what you expect in a traditional laundromat. The plus is that they go above and beyond a traditional laundromat. They offer self-serve and full service laundry service while having a snack bar in the waiting area. The waiting area seems comfortable but the laundromat is also located in the heart of Pictou. The machines all seem brand new and it seems like the employees cleans out the machines routinely. If you are local or a tourist, I definitely recommend coming here if you need things quickly washed. It is located in a nice historic part of Nova Scotia, so definitely lots of things to shop/see while you're waiting for your things to be cleaned. As well, the retro themed waiting area is cozy if you just want to sit around.

Great place,very friendly. Had a king sized comforter washed and dried for $15 00 and was quoted a price in New Glasgow of $38.00+tax so exceptionally very good prices.Service was excellent,I highly recommend Pictou Laundry

Looked on website and saw the large top load washer (pictured) available for self serve - as per their pricing, but was told upon arrival it was not available for self serve. Only the staff are allowed to use it. So the only way for me to wash a king size blanket is to pay the $25 Your website is very misleading. A complete waste of my time. Won't be back!

I have been coming to Pictou Laundry since Spring 2021. I was instantly impressed by the entrance to laundromat which is clean and wheel chair accessible. Once you enter the building it's an instant WOW! Pictou Laundry is extremely clean and bright with many windows which bring in so much natural light. The laundromat is fully equipped with everything you need to start and finish laundry. Lots of seating and tables for folding, change machine,TV, free WI-FI and coffee, tea and hot chocolate avaliable at a small charge for sit in or to take out.Great service, with an after hour number which you can call with any issues that may arise ( I have never had to call) the machines are brand new and in great working order! Thank you Pictou Laundry for the clean and comfortable building!

Very beautiful and clean laundromat! You can tell the owners worked very hard to make the perfect place for customers to come, the owners are very nice and give the best service you could ever ask for, there isn’t a better place for you to do your laundry. Nothing but a positive experience here! I have been going to the laundromat in New Glasgow for the past year, and haven’t had positive experience there. So I decided to try Pictor Laundry Ltd, they are friendly, helpful and keep the place clean. The washer, dryer and folding table are washed after every use. They have: washroom, coffee, tea and hot chocolate for sale along with wifi, change machine, laundry dispenser with laundry soap, fabric softener and fabric sheet.
