Mad at myself for not getting a proper fitting bra here sooner! If your bust is on the larger side.. or you can’t seem to find the right fitting bra from other traditional stores.. you HAVE to get a fitting here! Total game changer

Great service. My wife goes here for her needs and always gets something that fits well. Cost can be high, but no more they any other specialty store. You are going to get what you pay for!

Donated over 500 dollars 2 this place. I have said exactly what I wanted based on medical conditions and every time, it was not right in fit or fabric. I have returned bras less then 2 hours later to be offered a credit. A plastic surgeon actually told me to burn one of the bras. That's how poorly it fit. I wore it that day to see what a plastic surgeon thought of the red indents and skin irritation. As stated he said "burn it". After a year, I still had a credit and returned. Finally, I received what I wanted. But, it wasn't the usual 150 to 200$ ones they push on you. At the cash I was told I still had a credit left and then was told "you can't keep returning a bra and having a credit" !! Ummm. WHAT!! I returned only 2 and said with all them, it's 2 tight. Here's an idea, listen to the customer if u don't want ppl to return to get what they paid for, and refunds are not permitted, so if a person is told they can't keep coming back 2 find the right bra, Fit THEM PROPERLY, LISTEN 2 WHAT THEY WANT OR GIVE A REFUND! So, I guess my remaining credit, I can not go back . Thanks for the alert Amber.. Another "donation" "4 Lesley's Finery. Would have given no stars.

The staff member who helped me was friendly, patient, kind and listened very well to my wants and needs. The bra that I purchased is incredibly comfy and wasn’t expensive. The prices of what I tried on were less than to par of what you would pay at Victoria Secret or any other specialty lingerie store. I will definitely go back in the future to get more.

This was my first visit to Leslie's Finery It was a great experience starting with following the rules for covid The staff Lois and Debbie were excellent I not only found out what to wear but more importantly what not to wear Excellent service Looking forward to my next visit

My experience at Leslie’s was one of the worst customer service interaction’s I’ve ever been a part of. Immediately “greeted” with “do you know what you’re here for?”. When I stated I knew exactly what I wanted, staff stated , “Well have you been here before? We’re closing soon and we are by appointment only”. There was nothing posted about needing an appointment on their website or at the store. I arrived with my face mask as directed by their sign. Received no welcome or greeting whatsoever and was made to feel like I was such an inconvenience. The staff said “well it’s been a long day” , I expressed how uncomfortable I was made to feel and how I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. Will never be providing Leslie’s with my business again, and I will be sure to let others know of my experience.

This store is so amazing. If you have anything larger than a D cup, you pretty much need to go here or to Lily's Lingerie in Halifax. The difference between Leslie's and Lily's is that Leslie's has arguably better trained staff and more affordable brands. Lily's has Empreiente, which is awesome, but over $200. At Leslie's you can actually get a nice bra for $65, full price! That fits! That's not expensive at all. I'm super impressed in fact. I think Leslie's is actually worth the drive to New Glasgow from Halifax, so I feel very lucky to have this store here!!! Also, they have some awesome clothing, but you have to get there early to get your size. It sells out fast.
