Dress shopping at Sinders feels like shopping from the comfort of your own home because the staff is so friendly and helpful, they truly feel like family! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are so helpful with helping you find your dream dress. I bought my wedding dress from them in 2019 and it was actually one that Kim picked out for me! It is 100% my dream dress! I didn't feel rushed or pressured, the dresses where all beautiful and the price range was perfect! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I just said "yes" to the dress at Sinders Bridal and couldn't have been happier with my experience. I am a tad biased as bridal consultant Kim is one of my best friends but with that being said, she is a great friend for a reason. Not only does she make you feel comfortable, but she also listens to what you want which I felt was lacking at other boutiques I had visited earlier this month. Every gown you try on will be beautiful and will make you feel like a million bucks, but it takes a special someone to actually listen and stay true to your vision ... Kim is that person. I also had the pleasure of meeting Stacey today who was an absolute gem to speak to. She stayed close to the door, coming in when she heard coos of excitement. Stacey instantly made me feel part of the family. Although I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted in a dress, I felt there was an amazing selection of dress styles to choose from. Also, as a plus-sized bride, I was happy to finally be completely zipped into a sample size! The other locations I had visited didn't even bother to try and zip me in as many of their dresses only went up to a bridal 12. Lengthly review BUT justified as this place is simply wonderful. I hope you have the opportunity to feel just as loved today as I did.

I'm so thankful I went to Sinders first. I'm plus size and the thought of dress shopping was a daunting one. Kim right from the start made me feel so special. She made my size no big deal and I felt like I could relax and focus on how I felt in the dress and not how my body felt. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams thanks to Kim, she knew exactly what she was doing and I had the best experience. I'm so happy,

This is an amazing store. I went here to shop for my wedding dress and the service received was impeccable - I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for wedding dresses. They have gorgeous private rooms for trying on dresses and every kind of accessory you could need (including very useful clips for changing up sizes and even provide heels to try on with the dresses). Customer service is 200% here and if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Even though I found my dress elsewhere, I highly recommend this store!

They are amazing! We were in the area and asked if there were any openings that day to come in - they accommodated us right away with a full room and our own stylist! The way they let my full party browse the 2 show rooms was such a pleasant surprise as no other store has allowed that. Great selection of gowns and prices! On a more specific note; Amanda was absolutely wonderful! Can't say enough positive things about my experience with her! Highly recommend! I love my dress and I loved Sinder's! Thank you so much to everyone there!!

Obsessed and highly recommend this bridal house! All the ladies in my family have had good luck here. Amanda helped me find my dress within the first 6 gowns. She really listens to what you like and don't like. These pics are from when my dress came back in. She did such a good job with measurements I didn't need any alterations besides a bustle and hem. PHEW! The crew was so helpful, we had a miscommunication when I booked to come see my dress again, they had me booked just to pick up my dress and try on but I wanted it fitted with Rosas and even without an appt they were able to squeeze me in so I didn't have to travel again. Thanks for being so helpful here you will make all the difference when my day comes.

My experience at Sinders was amazing!! The spot is beautiful, with wonderful big rooms to have your guests in to try on dresses. From the beginning everyone was very warm and welcoming. Amanda did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and like she knew exactly what I wanted. She pulled beautiful dresses - and was very respectful of my budget. She was anything but pushy and helped me come to my decision on my own - I got my dream dress! Super knowledgeable. Of all of the spots I went to, she made me feel the most at ease while also making me the most comfortable with her expertise. If I had to do it all again , I would go to Sinders hands down. And my guests all agreed!!!

Sinders was the first bridal store I have ever been to and let me say the experience was fantastic. I had never tried on any wedding dresses before and they had a wide selection of different styles available to try. Amanda was our help for the appointment and she was beyond great. She took the time to understand what I was liking and not liking and pulled more dresses based off of my comments. I ended up finding my dream dress here with slight alterations to it to meet the style I liked. I would highly recommend this bridal shop. Great selection, amazing prices and friendly helpful staff! I bought my wedding dress at Sinders. The entire staff were a dream to work with (professional, friendly, knowledgeable). Stacey provided dressing services the day of my wedding due to the corset back of my dress. This really helped to relieve some pressure the day of! Stacey was punctual, patient, and super fun to work with (she has such a positive attitude). She did a great job. I cannot say enough positive things about Sinders. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience looking for wedding gowns at Sinders Bridal House. The staff were organized, exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made large efforts to accommodate my grandmother, who has difficulty getting around. The atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and warm, without being pretentious, and they have quite a good selection of dresses as well. Staff were wonderful about not just suggesting potential alterations and alternative styles, but also on following up on inquiries we had and getting back to us promptly following our appointment. Overall, it was an exceptionally positive experience, and I would certainly recommend them!

I originally decided on the Stevie by Calla Blanche in October, before they put my order through someone called to make sure that I was happy with the dress still... thank the lord she did! I ended up having cold feet and decided I wanted to put the order on hold to try some other stuff on. They were a le to squeeze me in on November 6th and let me retry on my first choice as well as other gowns. I ended up finding something really different and absolutely fell in LOVE. Both of my appointments at Sinders were top notch, the selection of gowns were amazing, and the woman who was helping me both times (Hayley) was a true gem! She made me feel welcome, supported, heard and totally put me at ease! Communication between Sinders and I was super easy and they were quick at getting back to me every time. I had the best experience and can't wait to try my dress on when it comes for my fitting. I've attached some photos of gowns I tried on that didn't make the cut (not the one I chose, just in case my fiancé finds this review ????)

Everything was perfect and the staff was so lovely. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda who deserves her own 5 stars! In January 2016 I bought my wedding dress from Sinders. I initially went with my mother and sister in December, and greatly enjoyed the experience. The staff were super helpful and provided me with many choices of different types of dresses. I found one that I loved, but waited to look around more before purchasing the dress. Later on, after searching around, I was very torn between two dresses - but my favorite was the one at Sinders. Sinders staff were so accommodating, and to keep it in my price point offered me the sample dress at 50% off! I purchased this dress, and they had cleaned it for me, fixed little pulls and had it ready within a month. Very happy with their service!

Dress shopping quickly became not so fun for me but every time I walked into Sinders I felt relaxed, allowing me to enjoy and savour the experience. I'm sure Kim’s patience was tested with me as I went far beyond my appointment time, but she made it her mission to find me my dress - and did she ever; I never thought I would cry!! She was professional, attentive, and incredibly calm, applying no pressure whatsoever. When I returned to pick up my dress, immediately after Ontario’s first lockdown, it was too small! Meghan was calm and collected, reassuring me that this was not my fault - the measurements do not match what was sent in. The issue was handled professionally and efficiently and in the end I wore the dress of my dreams on my wedding day! Thank you!

Went to sinders last month as my first and hopefully only stop in purchasing my wedding dress. My mom bought her dress there 27 years ago. I tried on many dresses and the consultant was very patient with me. I found what I thought was THE dress but I wanted to sleep on it before I made a big decision and an even bigger investment. This is when the consultant told me that if I bought it that day I could have $200 off. I told them no sorry I have to sleep on this.. it’s my first time shopping, and I just need to be 100% sure. I left. The following Tuesday which was 3 days following the appt, Sinders called me and said “we will still offer you the $200 off if you want to come back and try on the dress”, I was super excited as this would put the dress within my budget and after sleeping on it I knew it was my dress. I went that Thursday to try on the dress again and before I even put the dress on, the manager came and sat down beside me and said “we are very sorry but the designer caught wind that we were giving you a deal and decided to pull the line if we give you that deal”. I did not believe this for a second because I’m not sure how the designer would have even found out if I hadn’t gone anywhere else. I was very upset and felt lied to and like they were tricking me into coming back to try on the dress so that I would buy it without the deal. I ended up going to another store, bought the same dress with the same deal with no hassle and an even better experience. I wanted to shop local but I guess they didn’t want my service. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else so I figured I’d share it here so it doesn’t.

My experience with Sinders was beyond what I could have possibly hoped for. As a self conscious bride, they put me at ease right away. Amanda was a dream consultant to have and made sure every dress I put on was flattering. I had told her what dress I had admired online and we found it, and it ended up being the one! I went to Sinders this past weekend after hearing great things from other people and was not disappointed. Debbie was so wonderful and accommodating in helping me find my dream dress. I told about the style I liked and showed her a few pictures and she pulled so many beautiful dresses for me to try on. She pulled dresses that I probably would have overlooked otherwise, and I'm so happy she did because one of those dresses turned out to be The One. It happened to be the first dress I tired on but after trying so many others and trying the first one on again I just knew. Even made my mom cry! (who is not a crier). I felt truly beautiful in this dress and I have Debbie and Sinders to thank for that. I can't wait to come back and actually pick it up!!

The BEST bridal experience I had and I went to over 5 salons! I went to Sinders Bridal House on two occasions, both of which were excellent! But my most recent trip went above and beyond with Erin as our consultant! She was SO patient and kind with me as I struggled to commit to the dress of my dreams but we finally said yes to the dress! The dresses here are so clean compared to some of the other stores I've been to where the dresses feel dirty and worn out! The staff are all so lovely and accommodating and the salon itself is very beautiful! Another big plus is that we never felt rushed or pressured to make a sale, which was so refreshing! We made the trip from Peterborough to visit this salon so please do yourselves a favour and go visit Sinders! :)

I had such a good experience here. The dresses are beautiful and the service is wonderful. My appointment was with Amanda and she was incredible. She was kind, polite, sociable and very patient. And to top it of she was extremely knowledgeable about suggestions to modify dresses to suite you and what the seamstresses could do. The experience was so good that if I find a dress somewhere else (still undecided) I'd check if Sinders carried the dress I wanted (and so far they carry all the dresses i liked from other stores) and I would buy it from Sinders, more specifically Amanda. I would highly recommend her.
