No one that works there wears a mask, prices of stuff that arent on sale is nuts. Atmosphere is nice but didn't spend a dime. Surprised that they are allowed to be open when none of the staff are wearing masks...

Was in there today for the first time and fell in love with the shop. They have so much stuff in the coziest shop, they have an amazing selection of incense and jewellery. So many great books to choose from as well. If you love spiritual and magic culture this is the place to go. Workers were very polite and friendly. Definitely will go back.

Pretty cool other than the fact they sell white sage and other closed off medicines. It’s an endangered species and a closed practice and completely unethical to sell. Are you native? No? Not for you then. The most sustainable source is to grow it yourself, but seek medicines that are least or less concern than others

Love this place so much- always visit when in Perth. The girls that work there are so nice and I actually find their pricing really good! Great collection of silver, bedsheets, clothing and more. Would always recommend stopping by if you're in town :)

Bought a nice long silver chain there, but when I got it home and opened the box there was a kink in the chain. I took it back, but they flat out refused. Said if they'd notice a kink it would have been on sale. It was a practiced spiel so obviously this wasn't anything new. Very poor customer service.

Overheard the worker saying that masks were poisonous when we came in. None of the workers wear masks despite a deadly pandemic. Not only that, they sell closed practice medicines like white sage.

Was there for the first time yesterday. The selection of clothing and jewelry is impressive and eclectic. A must see if you're visiting Perth. For an independent store, I found their exchange policy on Christmas shopping very fair and accommodating. Thanks for the great hour I spent there!

Sign in the front cites an easily-exploited loophole to mask laws and proudly declares that masks are not required inside. Staff was not wearing masks. Neither were customers. I did not feel safe shopping there. I have been a customer for many years and I cannot believe that they'd smugly play such puerile games during a deadly pandemic. Awful, ignorant attitudes on full display.

I've been shopping at Dragon Moon for a decade, and yesterday drove up from Ottawa to buy a piece of jewellery I had seen on an earlier visit. This would have been a large purchase for me to commemorate a milestone in my life. When I first saw it, the salesperson wasn't wearing a mask which I thought odd, but no one was in the store other than the two of us and I have encountered that before. However, when I returned to the store yesterday, none of the salespeople were wearing masks or social distancing and I noticed a sign that pointed out exemptions to the mask guidelines. While I am sympathetic to individuals who have medical exceptions, it's difficult to believe that every member of the staff had an exemption. It seemed more reflective of a store policy. Small businesses have disproportionately borne the brunt of this pandemic, and that has been unjust and damaging, however it doesn't justify putting staff, clients and the community at risk as a gesture of protest. I thought about that piece that I'd saved for all afternoon, but in the end I didn't return. I'd really wanted to support them (and have that beautiful piece), but I just couldn't be part of what I feel is ultimately a contemptuous store policy that disregards the community and fellow small business owners who have been adhering to public health regulations.

I have shopped here in the past and it was one of my favourite stores. However, I have not been here since the pandemic. I went in recently (to support local) and had to leave because there is no plexiglass, their staff were not wearing masks, and they were not abiding to the 6 feet rule. I find this deeply disturbing and incredibly selfish. Your customers have the decency to wear masks in your store but you don’t have the respect to do the same? The masks are to protect the health of those who come in to support your business. It blows my mind that that is too much trouble for the employees. For this reason, I won’t ever be shopping here again.

Drove to Perth yesterday specifically to visit this store. My daughter loved this place. However, yesterday's experience was quite different than expected from a small local business. We walked in the door and read the sign basically discouraging the wearing of masks....do you what you want attitude. So we turned around and walked out. Very disappointing to see this from a local business. No plexiglass and staff were not wearing masks. I am appalled that this store would take this stance. We are in a global pandemic people! Sure, no one loves wearing masks on their faces but you know what? I could be asymptomatic and spread my germs all over your store or vice versa. Totally disrespectful and completely ignorant to your customers and the community. I have notified the local police department and on Monday morning I will be contacting public health. Our communities deserve respect and a safe environment to shop. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!
