I had an issue with an item that she was more than happy to attend to an hour before the store even opened!! I have been shopping at the Big Box store in Penticton weekly for a couple of years now. We were away in the month of January and when we went shopping yesterday it was like a whole new store! It used to look a little shabby but now it is absolutely beautiful!!! Apparently they have a new manager and she has changed things up .. kudos to this lady and to the staff who are always so helpful and hard working!! You should give these guys a raise as they have elevated your Penticton store to new heights!!!!!!

This is the hidden gem of Penticton! There is definitely something for everyone at this store and it is always changing. It’s an outlet store with much more!!! Check it out anytime you need furniture, appliances, carpets, clothing, bedding, gift items, seasonal items, electronics, food and decor. Plenty of cool one of a kind items and more. Manager Lisa, and her awesome staff have the store organized and are always super helpful and can generally help you find whatever you may be looking for. It’s my first go to shop in Penticton. The easiest store to get in and out of. You can seriously arrive at 5 minutes to closing, go in and buy a brand new (discount priced ;) bed and have it loaded 5 minutes later… I know because I did it and this staff and store do not disappoint! Go in and check it out. You won’t be disappointed either. Just don’t tell everyone you know or they will need a bigger store!

I've been a customer of the Big Box outlet stores in several places over the years. We recently bought a house in Summerland and i was able to purchase a nunber of items including some of the flooring I needed as well as lighting, draperies and a couple of area rugs in the Penticton store. I saved a lot of money in doing so. The staff . . manager and assistant manager were most helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

We recently had been looking for new furniture for our home and I had to see ALL my options lol. The staff and management were absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating. They brought everything out of packaging for us to look at and sit on and I was able to make a great decision! We love our new items and got them at a great price. Was there twice in the last week and both times had amazing service! Sarita was incredibly helpful, showing me the bulk items bin and saving me $20 on my purchase.
