Went in today to exchange a gift for a larger size but gift receipt/bag at the cottage. No problem here! Staff was amazing and fast... got the bigger size a PLUS bought some new sweatpants too while in there!

A small little store located in Bala. I love Muskoka Bear Wear and typically order online. This was my first time going to an actual store as we were camping 40 minutes away. I was super excited to go to the actual store but I must admit I was disappointed with the size selection. I was able to find one sweater I liked in my size. There was lots I liked but none in size medium. I will definitely order online in the future. Oh and sales person at this location was not helpful whatsoever. Regardless I love the product and love that its 100% Canadian made ????????

Easily a Muskoka staple. The most comfortable and best lasting lounge and warm gear around. We routinely check back for updated styles and colours but never because our existing clothes have failed. They keep on lasting! Quality!

This is our 2nd time attending the Bala Cranberry festival and it was even more enjoyable this year. Try the cranberry sausage on a bun and make sure to sample some homemade fudge and the cranberry wine. Lots of vendors, music, magicians and things to do for kids. Great family outing and awesome display of fall colors surrounds this northern hidden gem.
