I just recently bought their Valentine's package deal for heart shaped helium balloons. I had been looking for about a month at various online stores and local stores but reviews weren't promising. I found Party Marts add on my Facebook market place and was pleasantly suprised that it was here located in Ottawa with three locations that are conveniently located around me. After looking them up, I had seen an article about them suffering during covid and that was all I needed to support a local business during this time. Ordering online was a breeze and I had spoken to their daughter who answered all of my questions in less than a minute. After placing my order, the mother Natalie phoned me and we finished up my order. Natalie was such a wonderful person to talk to, she put a smile on my face and I am quite confident that these balloons are going to Make my partners valentines day. Everything was done in a very FAST and professionally manner, I highly recommend Party Mart for all your needs. SUPPORT LOCAL GUYS!!!!

I visited this location earlier today (Around 4:30). The store was great!However, you’d expect the associates to know a thing or two about customer service ,but unfortunately they don’t. They don’t acknowledge you, let alone greet you. I’ve never experienced this anywhere before. I understand that there might be other things they were tending to, but not when you have a customer waiting and then they look at you like they don’t want to serve you. I walked out without making a purchase. You might want to pay attention to how your associates serve your customers.

Party Mart is the only place I go for everything party - their selection for wedding things (bachelorette, wedding party, accessories) is AMAZING. Super friendly staff, always going above & beyond to help. I’ve seen their work with decorations/rentals for a graduation, and it was BEAUTIFUL. For any renting needs, or little props you need to buy, Party Mart is the way to go!

Lots of everything for every event. We picked up helium balloons pre filled for my daughter's baby shower. The looked fantastic, but I wish I would have had a van or bigger vehicle to put them in(lol) but it all worked out. Friendly staff and very helpful. Thanks Party Mart.

My soon to be Mother-in-law for my daughter, and I were shopping there on Saturday November 2nd for our items for her Bridal Shower! The young ladies looking after the store were incredibly helpful, skilled and made our shopping experience memorable. Fairlawn Plaza store was very well stocked and products were so well displayed, it was easy to find what we were searching for, or the young ladies helped us. I recommend this location at Fairlawn Plaza, above Kanata Centrum where I was treated very rudely by the clerk who seem to have no time for me on a Wednesday and the store was not busy either.

As I quickly dashed through their wheelchair - accessible door, I am very pleased to say that I was immediately greeted by two friendly, smiling and inviting members of Party Mart's long-term staff and fortunately given an outstanding tour of their store, which officially opened at Fairlawn Plaza on 01 October 2016. Party Mart, locally owned and operated, has many aisles filled with different themes for all occasions, such as weddings, anniversaries, bachelor and adult only parties, birthdays (which includes 1st birthday and different decades), baby showers, graduation, communion, baptism, and retirement. Other themes are western, Mardi Gras, Fiesta, Hollywood, disco, rock'n roll, casino, Hawaiian, school spirit days and sports. Themes for kids' birthdays surround a loot bag wall, unicorns, Pokémon, Paw Patrol, Harry Potter, Moana, Emoji and superheroes. Of course, there is also a section for year-round Hallowe'en costumes, as well as Valentine's and Canada Day. I noticed pinwheels on sale for summer, as well as a small selection of cards for those in a hurry. Additionally, they have in-store and third-party rentals, which includes chairs, tables, glassware, cutlery, linens, napkins, and even stages. No doubt about it, they also have varying balloons of all sizes and shapes, to suit any theme. In my opinion, this is a happy, fascinating place to prepare for any event. They have you covered!

Not one staff member acknowledged me. Didnt say hi or ask if I needed help. I walked by multiple staff members and none of them said anything. When I asked a question of them answered rudely. Not impressed.

Great customer service - I went in looking for gender reveal smoke bombs. The ladies went above and beyond to open the envelope from the Dr with the baby’s gender, cover up the colour of smoke bombs they were selling me with a special label so we couldn’t tell what it was... and even process the payment so it wouldn’t show on the screen or receipt what colour I purchased. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for smoke bombs for a gender reveal!

Thank goodness for the prompt, accurate, low cost and lovely services provided during this challenging time. You may not be technically "essential" but you are "essential" for my mental health and mom guilt. Poor selection dragged out over a large sales floor. Girl working the balloon counter was extremely rude. So glad I went without my kid. Will not return to this location ever! Go to Party City! The staff are always friendly and there shelves are fully stocked!
