My sister and I were looking around for a engagement dress. We have been to several different stores but Norma reed caught our eyes. We walked in just to look, but Diana greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. We were able to find one gorgeous dress and we both fell in love with it. Diana did a great job at taking care of us and sending us both off with big smiles. This is my first time at this store and it will Not be my last. 10/10

Hannah the other salesperson was also extremely helpful and friendly. It was such a great experience and we got amazing gowns! My overall shopping experience was excellent. I went in to find a dress for my birthday and the sales associate (Chelsea) quickly greeted me and offered her assistance. She was informative, yet not too pushy and was very friendly and professional. After trying on a few dresses I was still undecided. Chelsea was so helpful, even calling another location to see if they had what I was looking for. I called in with some follow up questions and the staff responsed quickly with answers. When I did return to make my purchase the staff was organized and the pricing was perfect. I really appreciate how efficient the entire process was. I would definately recommend them and would return the next time I am looking for a dress for a special occasion!

The employees were there to help me every step of the way when I booked a dress fitting appointment. I came in to try on a few dresses and they treated me like royalty, from spending over 5 minutes tying the ribbons on the back of a dress to giving me suggeastions of what dress fits my figure best. I can't wait to purchase from them and I would highly recommend this place

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was disgusting and horrendous. There is one staff member, short blonde girl who looks about 12 years old, who obviously hasn’t been trained enough to speak with anybody let alone a buying customer. This is my second time visiting this week, and was planning on my second purchase today with my husband. The little girl clearly had no interaction with us, just took the dress and starting writing something in her book. I said last time you were going to give me a discount of 10% why aren’t you this time, she said no maybe you can go to another store. This irritated by husband as he had his wallet open ready to purchase.. he explained to her that this is not the right thing to say especially if I have my wallet open, then the little girl proceeded to run to the back of the store for an escape. No apology, nothing. Honestly, she should probably not be in this style of retail, cause she clearly doesn’t understand how to sell. Her behaviour is despicable, and honestly her mousy attitude is quite humorous. She probably has never spent 500+ on a dress to even be in a situation to ask for 10% off.

I can’t express how wonderful this store is! Diana (pronounced Dee-Anna) is so unbelievably attentive! Helping both my mom and I in and out of dresses… bringing water when we got hot and she even got a chair for my mom when she got too tired to stand! After losing a lot of weight… I was unsure of what dress to buy for my new body shape and there she was bringing dresses, making suggestions and helping us in and out them. I happily settled on a dress and will definitely be back in the future - highly recommend for anyone needing a formal dress!

Was absolutely wow-ed at this location today - Diana was so amazing from the moment we set foot in the store. She asked me what I was looking for and immediately got to work pulling styles she thought would meet my needs. She was so patient and offered helpful and honest feedback as I tried on a bunch of dresses. All the little details and Diana’s attentiveness made the experience so positive for me. Just went yesterday for a dress for my cousin's wedding, I was very pleased with my experience! I had no idea what I wanted for the dress, but Deanna and Jessie picked out some beautiful pieces for me and made me feel so comfortable trying them on. After finding this GORGEOUS rose gold gown for a very reasonable price (and a glittery pink mask which I don't think I will ever get rid of even after COVID lol), there were able to do the alterations I needed in only a day, and I picked it up just in time for the wedding! Overall I had such an amazing time, will definitely be recommending to my friends and coming back for my prom/graduation :)

Came in today to just see what size I am for a wedding dress. I had a few special requirements when picking and sizing due to my body shape. This beautiful lady named Ashley was working and took every minute of her time to make sure it was the right fit. Even when I had to try one the same one twice to make sure. She offered heels and some bling, but I made up my mind and knew this was my dress. Outstanding customer service and I am beyond over the moon with my dress. I cant wait to wear it. Thank you so much Ashely for helping me. You have no idea how you helped me with my insecurities and fears.

I came into the store today looking for a dress to wear to my cousins wedding and Chelsea took the time to help me find the best dress. She was friendly, kind and easy to talk to. I’m not the easiest customer to deal with so credit goes to her for her patience (the problem is my indecisiveness). She showed me all of the options that she thought would be suitable, helped me find alternatives when I needed them, and let me know her honest opinion of each dress. Extremely pleased with her attentiveness. I have to look for my own wedding dress soon and will be back to this location (even though I live in markham). Stellar customer service and excellent quality dresses for an affordable price. Can’t beat it.

I came in with weird and desperate problem. I am 7and a half months Pregnant and getting married this weekend (5 days).The maternity dress i ordered came super late, it showed up this afternoon, it was sheer Huge and not even the same dress. I didnt know what to do when i remembered passing by what looked like a prom shop in the mall. I arrived and had the best shopping experience ever. Ashley greeted me right away and asked if she could help me and instantly started pulling wedding dresses for me to try. I didnt even know this place had wedding dresses! Deana came back with another girl and while her girl was trying on a dress, helped lace me into the dresses so i could see how i looked. I found one that i really liked but wanted a second opinion so I called trusty old mom. The girls happily helped me again when i came back, suggested jewelry for me that matched, gave me tips and tricks, and booked me to have my dress altered in two days so ill have it in time for my wedding. All this while staying on top of the store front and other customers. These two girls were absolutely amazing and I am so thankful for everything they done.

I recently went to the mall to find a dress for an upcoming event. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from both Diana and Ryan. I picked out a few dresses to try on. Since I was the only one in the store at the time, both Diana and Ryan were like my personal stylists :). They both were super attentive, and very knowledgeable about how the dresses should fit, and if not, what alterations would be needed to give it that custom fit. From the moment I went to the change room, I didn’t need to leave because they both brought dresses for me to try on in different sizes and colours. I even ended up buying one that I would have never chosen if they had never suggested it. I will definitely come back again. The service was amazing; they were both friendly, personable, attentive but not pushy at all! Thanks for helping me find my dream dress Diana and Ryan!
