standard pricing with AMAZING selections! The sales associate helped us patiently try shoes on my “shoe hating” one year old, than she helped us get a perfect size in a white suit (most places you are forced to purchase a bonnet with baptism suits but here they have those sets plus sets without the hats which is exactly what I was looking for) once we picked the perfect pure white tux for my son she than had someone steam it in the back! We got him special baptism white socks, with an ‘I was baptized today’ onesie plus his tux (pants, bow tie, dress shirt, vest, jacket combo) all WAY under our budget! I nearly bought an outfit I hated that wasn’t as nice for more money at the Oshawa centre!! Definitely will be returning in the future! Again, the selection for boys is awesome and worth the visit!

I only gave one star because 0 was not an option. Made an appointment to meet at a time and date. Man I spoke with answered phone "ya what" and had very poor English and was unable to confirm if the style we required was in stock. After several attempts, was finally able to book a dress appointment. On the day of appointment no one showed up. Upon calling, the bride of our party was told by a non English man that he would be there immediately. This felt all kinds of bad. By appointment only business sends a man unattended to a child's dress shop. Said man does not even show up. Further, the man has thus far left 5, voicemails on Bride's voicemail. Four of these have been breathing and only one with speaking. Please do not send your children here.

Kids Couture helped me out when I was in a bind to find a dress shirt for my 5 year old. I had checked dozens of stores but was redirected here. I called and the lady was so kind she pulled what I needed and had it on the counter when I showed up. I am so grateful and appreciative, thank you!

Great selection and excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised at the huge selection at this store. The owner helped us with sizing for my daughters baptism dress, shoes, a beautiful hair band and it was the sweetest outfit. He was very knowledgeable. The prices here are fantastic! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for baptism or formal wear for kids.
