Yesterday my wife and I were walking up main street, thought ouu let's stop in at Plum Loco. It was 4:52pm. There were customers inside the store. As we approached the door the worker, young lady, said sorry we are closed And quickly shut the door on us.. the clock now reads 4:55pm. Your store hours on the door say open till 5. I get it it's less than 5 mins before tour officially closed for the day. But I'm sorry it wasnt 5pm.. were were going to spend money in there and you shewed us off. Not to mention there were customers inside aswell. In my opinion I would think as a small business owner you should be taking in all the business and money you can during these times.. staying open past your normal hours even. Anyway you lost a customer and just bad business. Maybe change your hours to open till 4:50pm..

I bought an item, got it home and found it had a large, i repairable hole, I returned to the store hoping to find another pair but no such luck. I told the young man there I wanted a refund as the good was damaged, after several minutes of arguing that they were damaged and no replacement available, he called manager who of course agreed to refund, he was angry at being overturned I’m guessing and literally through refund, mostly in count, on the counter, very very rude and unnecessary behaviour, maybe he needs to find other work! I won’t be going back there any time soon
