Was just in the store and am sad to say the reptile set ups are horrible! They have no veg or live food in there tanks they are using improper lighting and the dragons are housed together on top of eachother stealing heat. Such a sad site to see. Places like this need to be trained better in reptile care ????????

I was very disappointed in the state of the self-seve dog wash area at the Orillia location. It was not cleaned or sanitized between uses and covered in dog hair (tub, walls, towels). The shower flow was broke and only sprayed a hard stream, which made it hard to rinse my dogs face. I hope this issue can be resolved.

We had such an incredible experience at Petsmart, we got our pup (Rhykker) groomer/ furminator and can not say enough good things. The process was seamless and the staff are so friendly. An extra special thank you to Jessica for taking such good care of him. Thank you!!

This location is the closest petsmart from home, which is 100k away. Came in to look at the aquarium livestock. With 100% honesty, i couldn’t find one fish tank that didn’t have dead livestock in the tank. The Red Minnows, gold fish, cichlids, sharks.. all dead fish in their tanks with the remaining live fish. A couple were there at the same time to bring back two fish that died once brought home to return, they didn’t want any fish to replace simply a refund. Floating hair algae, dead fish.. i left sick to my stomach and empty handed. I wish i had photos to send to Corperate. Won’t be returning.

Bought a few fish for my 100 gallon tank and most of them ended up dying within a week or sick. When I took the first one back I was told on the phone it was my fault as that particular fish needed still water. So I took it in to exchange it and almost every single fish they had of that kind from that tank was at the bottom of there tanks dead. I have a lot of healthy fish in my tank currently and if they get sick I expect to be compensated

We have had trouble with groomers for our 1yo bichon, and when we booked here we were nervous about it being another bad experience... and it was so much better than we could have dreamed! Heather is a saint with the dogs, she is a strong communicator, an adequate employee for booking and she gave us back our dog exactly how we had wanted her -- which isn't always what happens! Thank you Heather for being such a great groomer and we will always be coming back to Orillia Pet Smart for our bichon!

Was supposed to have 1st puppy class today. When I showed up was told trainer was sick. Was told trainer was supposed to have called. I did not get a call at home or cell, no e-mail or text. Not impressed at all!!! They took my information, we will see if they bother calling me tomorrow.

Washed the dog, had his nails trimmed and adopted a guinea pig. Clean safe pet friendly environment, staff was super helpful through the whole process.

Got a good deal on am aquarium. ...but, it was very large. The staff watched me and my 2 children struggle to get it off the shelf and to the cash. No help was offered to get it to the car. When we asked for a flat cart, the lady told us to just balance it on the top of the regular cart. "Sorry lady its a $300 aquarium." She finally got the cart. Next time I'll stick with the smaller pet stores.
