Shopped here yesterday the service was so great !Came back today to purchase a jacket & a top, had to ask if the staff worked at the store so I could try on my clothes. At check out had to ask for my earrings to be wrapped as I didn’t want them to get messed up, clerk told me they won’t ! When I answered that yesterday the ones I bought they put them in tissue. She came back with I put them on the top of your bag for you. She did then take them and wrap them in tissue when I asked a second time. The staff today way so different. I will be back as I do love the store but to bad it’s hit & miss experience. There was only 2 other ladies in the store, so I know they had time for a more personal service. The clothes are wonderful

When I walked in the sales associates were standing by a display talking to one another. They didn't even acknowledge I was in the store or move from their conversation for about 5 min even though I intentionally walked within inches of them I still didn't receive a hello...how are you....nothing. then my friend came in and we started going through racks. It wasn't until we said we needed a change room that we were helped. That being said the clothes are very pretty and if you find something on a sale rack it's usually a great deal. Sizes I believe start at 14 and go up from there. I'm sure that the service here is normally better than what we got today.

Today was here in welland around 4 to 430 and thec2 sales girls were to busy gabbing to each other to even help us and wouldnt even take my items over to the fitting rooms which I had a cane and arms were full I asked about bigger size and she just pointed in the direction of them but didnt offer to get for me needless to say we both left empty handed not a hello when enter or a bye when left rude I'm a member and this was worse experience ever!!

I LOVE maurices! Sometimes I forget it's even in the mall because it is in a hallway I don't go down too often but they have some of the most beautiful clothes. I am not plus sized but I have bigger legs so I was so happy to find that they carry wide leg boots / leg warmers / and knee socks. I finally have me own knee socks!

I love Maurices! They have a great variety of styles in a wide range of sizes, all very reasonably priced. I live in Toronto area and always make a point of seeking out Maurices stores when I travel outside the city. I only wish there were at least a few locations closer to GTA so I could shop there regularly instead of only ocassionally.

I have bought a few items from this store and have found them to be of poor quality. I have a pair of pants that split at the seams after only a few wears (and cost $60!), tops that shift when you wash them so the seam goes across the front instead of down the side. I bought a denim jacket and the buttons fell off the first time I wore it. Nothing I've bought here has lasted long. You can find much better quality product at other stores in the mall, for comparable prices. Do yourself a favour and don't spend your money here.

The clothes were ok, but the staff would not leave me alone to let me shop! This is a huge turn off for me, when I say that I will let you know when I need assistance, that means I don't need you trailing behind me the entire time I shop. Then having a bunch of extra items pulled for me and waiting in the change room. I'm sure some people enjoy shopping this way, and if you do it's totally your store. However, I prefer to shop in peace, so I doubt I will be back.

I had a problem with an article of clothing I bought at Maurices in the USA, received incorrect information from the store when purchased and from customer service when I contacted them. But the manager and staff in Moose Jaw did everything they could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Special thanks to all involved. Favorite store for both myself and daughter in law...dont even mind that we have to drive 40 miles for a new outfit.always friendly and helpful. Will restrict my shopping to stores this side of the border.

I am a shy person and they made my shopping experience so easy!
