1. Staff working were extremely helpful 2. Clothes are low price which is good for all people 2. I don’t know if the lady in mid 40’s who works there is management side or owner but extremely rude to me & other customers. I think being polite does not take away anything. It would have been a five star but character matters!

I love the clothes there. They have a great variety of things. But they have lots and g things that match my personal style which is kind of goofy funny clothing. Like my ugly Christmas sweater that features a bright Christmas tree and it says "It's lit". I also got a good deal on a belt that I later lost.

Great place to pick up nice looking clothes at a bargain price, there generally some sort of sale or offer to take advantage of, therefore it ease to rack up a few items for the checkout.

I was in the store June 1st 2019, it was a Saturday night around 9pm. Anyways, I recently lost a little bit of weight and was looking for jeans, which is a nightmare FYI because I have really bad anxiety as well. But one of the employees there, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, helped me find a pair of jeans to try on and it really made me feel comfortable and way less anxious. So thank you. I really appreciate it, and if I knew their name I'd mention it because whoever your boss is should really give you praise. Thank you.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff there is super helpful and pleasant, however, management is terribly rude and unprofessional. Never met such unhappy people before and they take their unhappiness out on the customers. I always avoid the store when I see it is management in only. Also heard a lot of complaints from their own staff who said management are nothing but toxic people who talk about the young kids behind their back like a bunch of high schoolers.

Clothes are not really in style and are terrible quality. Also, sizing is terribly off. I recently bought a pair of jeans that were a size 12. Im usually an 8 or 7 and I could not get these apast my ankels. This was really upsetting to me because I sized up knowing that their sizes run really small. Employees are rude and not helpful.

Not my type of store anymore. Used to be worth the drive but clothes are too basic and prices are not my alley. Good staff and not bad selection though. Great for kids in school but not if you're like me and value a good sense if style for affordable price.

I love Welland, but it's people like those two who make me want to choose a different Bluenotes location to bring business to.

I remember a time when bluenotes was super hip. Not so much anymore, but they know how to do great sales from time to time. Finding a size 36x34 pair of jeans is sometimes difficult, bluenotes carries that size.

My review is strictly about the website showing open until 6 PM however once arriving at store at 5:15pm the store was already closed I understand hours changed because of COVID-19 however just update your website It’s very annoying when I get to the store and it’s closed and your website clearly states it’s open to 6 PM

Disgusting treatment of customers. The old lady with short blonde hair, who is allegedly the manager, was asked a question about sizing, looked a potential customer up and down, said no, and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good deals Now. I noticed a display rack with hoodies for $20 which caught my eye. As I approached the sales rack I noticed other deals inside. I picked up a pair of jeans, a hoodie, two shirts for the kids and underwear for$62 taxes in. I went back today for another pair of jeans a shirt and underwear for $37. There is lots to choose from and the staff were very helpful in finding sizes.

Myself and my friend went into Bluenotes today and the individual working there was not pleasant to us at all. This is the first poor review I've ever left on any store, however I feel like it was needed for this. The lady working was extremely rude to not only us, but the other customers in the store. I was shocked as I shop there a lot and all the other employees are extremely helpful and nice. My friend and I were both going to purchase some things, however decided to put them back because how ill-mannered this employee was.

The staff needs to be more aware of their customers. 2 times I've been in the store lately and the staff has had ZERO interaction with the customers. One time, a senior staff was prepping signs for the front windows and the 2nd staff asked if she could go get them drinks... so off she went... and the senior staff proceeded to hang the signs while 4 customers walked around. 2 of us went to another store after waiting at the cash register for a good 5 minutes. Fortunately, there is a very good young lady who works at this location who is always eager to help and VERY pleasant!!
