They took my call from the U.S. , helped with making my order of 80th birthday decorations for my mother in Windsor and made the delivery. Very helpful and caring for my mom's 80th during the covid 19 pandemic.

The store is located on a plaza so there is plenty of parking plus you get a few extra amenities from the other shops. The store itself was not very well stocked as it had a few empty walls. The few available items were substantially above of what I would normally expect to pay elsewhere. In most instances, the items found here are available at the dollar stores so look there first and save some cash. As for variety, there was not much so if you are looking for an off-season item/theme, you will not find it here. Overall, I will not be shopping here again.

I like that there is a wide variety of items including greeting cards, balloons, party supplies and theatrical/event items. The catering section has a variety of containers, foil trays and disposables that are great for one time use at home. I always get my balloons here as their quality is amazing- they last for weeks. They also customize by bouquets so they are ready to go.

The Party Warehouse has a lot of selection and a lot of great deals on things. Balloons were about the same price as the chain party stores. I've been in here a few times and have made purchases every time - there is something for every type of party. I would have given a better review if the service were up to par with the products. Each time I've been in... I'm never greeted... the employees are in a cluster talking and seem not to notice their customers until after you are in the store for about 20 minutes. When getting balloons for a party, I sensed that the girl working there did not want to be there - when told that she had a customer, she said pretty audibly "oh great..." and rolled her eyes. I want to shop local but its tough to do when they don't seem to value their customers... again.. products are great but don't expect a lot of help or good service.

I'm surprised to see a single stop for Whatever party you are planning for, these guys have all kinds of stuff from party games, dresses, gift packing things, Dinner and catering equipment. All types of party stuff from kids to adults even for official parties. A worthy place to get all party items. They sell meat, gift articles and Cakes too.

Shopping at Party Warehouse this past weekend was the best customer service I honestly have ever experienced. Very horrible place they wanted $10 for a balloon and to fill it up $3 and the service is horrible under 1 star Go to dollar tree and get a balloon exactly the same with helium for $1.25
