And just to clarify what Charles said they are not actually shrinking or downsizing. They had expanded and then rebrandrd due to loss of Halloween market. I'm concerned that the Charles person here might be confused with another establishment?

A love this place. Every time I go there i feel comfortable and trust the staff will deliver my balloons on time. I don't know how they do this but their balloon honestly last forever. I got my mother in law a centre piece balloon and it lasted for over a month. My wife got me a couple of balloons from there for our anniversary and they lasted forever. They simply won't deflate. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality balloons. Specially if you will have a long event and need your balloons to last.

Lots of balloons to choose from, even the larger ones that are currently on trend. They have beautiful pastel colors. All the pastels I ever dreamed of! The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend.

As a regular customer routinely spending somewhere around $200 per year on birthday supplies, to be turned away in a terse, matter of fact manner in response to my need for three helium balloons underscores why this particular store continues to shrink. I recognize the importance of sticking to a delivery schedule, however, to be unable, or unwilling, to satisfy a small request for three balloons suggests this is not the right business for this particular proprietor. Certainly, they need not factor in any future business from me, or from anyone who might be seeking party supplies and asks me for suggestions.

Great selection of balloons and birthday stuff ... including a mini firework that you light on your cake?!! Cool stuff. The owner is friendly and non-pushy, which was appreciated. Shares space with a florist, which was handy.

From start to finish the staff made sure I got exactly what I wanted for my friend's baby shower balloon bouquet. Marlo sent emails and and even a video to ensure everything was to my liking.
