Amazing customer service offered by Kim. She was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. The children's quality of clothes is excellent. I purchased a toddler boys outfit for a wedding where he will be the ring bear. I will always recommend Grandma's little Darlings to anyone looking for a cute, pretty or handsome, good quality, special outfit for that special day. Shopping online was easy and shipping came quickly.

Shop is extremely small - not a lot of selection. We were not greeted when we entered and we're offered no assistance as we shopped. The owner was extremely rude and never got off of her seat to assist us. Once a new customer came in, she quickly moved to them as it was a clear sale. Please do not waste your time heading here. Horrible customer service.

Gave 5 stars for the excellent service Kim gave us. We ordered last minute via phone for my son's suit and made an arrangement to pick it up two days after. When we got the suit we are so amaze of how high quality the suits material is and how perfectly it fits my son. I highly recommend this place. ????????

ordered item is much too large. left phone messages and sent emails trying to organize a return. however no response was given at all. After a long while searching their site I noticed the shipping and return policy had been updated, and they no longer accept returns. regardless of that sad fact, I think its poor buisness practice to ignore your clients. for 100 dollars plus shipping, i would have liked something that was useful. pants 4 inches too long as well as enormous waist. vest has very cheap one sided tightening buckle in back. jacket has giant shoulder pads that make a boy look like an old man. buyers beware...

Purchased both my kids communion outfits here, and my daughter's flower girl dress. We live 2 hours away, the owner went above and beyond. Amazing quality and customer service. Can't recommend enough!

This place is hard to find - it's inside and at the back of the dry cleaning place. I had looked at a few dresses on the website and it said there was 20 dresses in stock of the one I was looking at... not the case, all the dresses need to be brought in from another location. The dresses are beautiful but without having stock at the store we were limited to buying off of the rack or dresses that could be brought in quickly. It worked out for us as they happened to have a couple dresses that fit and they were able to get a bigger size brought in, in a short period of time.

Suits are sold out of the back of a dry cleaners. Associate (maybe owner-I have no idea) not overly friendly. When asked if the "label" was exclusive to this place, she hesitated and then claimed "yes" however it is NOT. Same suits are sold elsewhere. I rather drive further and purchase from someone else who is HONEST. Check out the selection at "Adorable Kids". HONESTY goes a long way.

The website is alittle deceiving talking about a "showroom". My mother and I drove over an hour from Niagara to Oakville excited to shop around and then had a hard time finding the place, only to go into a very small area in the back of a dry cleaners.. however, she did seem to have a decent selection of dresses and showed us what she thought would work.

We were also able to purchase a beautiful party dress for his younger sister Samantha!!! Horrible customer service had no answers to our questions no help what so ever ...the only good thing were the prices ...I cannot reply to the owners response (they had previously replied) but it was the attitude and tone with which we were served that bothered us not the fact that none of our questions were answered. The other store we went to and purchased from had zero issues answering any and all of our questions, they were super friendly and the price was over 20 bucks cheaper.

Needed a flower girl dress for a last minute wedding. She told us what she could get us within 2 weeks as well as showed us a few off the rack options. Loved all options... pick up a beautiful dress and shoes and left within 30 mins. She knows her products and gives great advice. I’ll be back in March for a first communion dress... this is a “must go to” place for kids outfits.

After looking online at a few other children's fancy clothing stores, we came across Grandma's Little Darlings. And boy are we happy we did! What a great experience for us. We got our 2 flower girl dresses quicker then I expected, and they were great quality and fit! Super helpful staff. Not the biggest location, but she has everything you need. We will be going back for any future event that requires fancy dresses for sure!

we Had a wonderful experience at Grandmas Little Darlings. They had a wonderful selection and were able to find the perfect outfits for our flower girl and ring bearers. Kim was so helpful, she even let us borrow a suit to try at home for one little man who didn’t want to try it on in store, and was really accommodating with some changes we decided on after purchase. Kim was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. We ordered both a communion dress for my daughter and a vest suit for my son. When she could not get the vest suit for my son, she gave us the entire suit with jacket at no extra charge. Would highly recommend.

Great little spot - enough variety that our girls got to try on multiple dresses and pick their favourite to order. Prices are fantastic and order turn around is quite quick. No pushy sales at all which was nice! Would definitely recommend!!

Great experience. Second visit and outstanding service again. Provided flower girl dresses for our son’s weddings both times. Last minute glitch with co-ordinating colours with rest of wedding party meant a last minute trip to find solution for two girls aged four and seven. As exact sizes weren’t known Kim ordered three dresses in the range she thought would work as we were out of time. She made a special trip into the city to pick them up to give us an extra day if the sizes were an issue. She charged for two and gave us all three to try trusting we would bring the third one back after we tried them on. Two were a perfect fit and received lots of positive comments from the wedding guests. Thanks for saving the day for us.

I placed an order needing it for the following week. The owner Kim emailed me right away and asked for the wear date, a couple of the dresses I needed were not in stock, she sent me photos of different options that were able to ship right away. She even gave me the option to pay for faster shipping to ensure I would recieve my order in time. The outfits arrived 2 days later and were beautiful.

Wow!! What a fantastic neighborhood shop! I have to admit, I did have a little trouble finding the store.. I was wow'd by the clothes and prices. I love that the owner knows her products, and will custom order goods in.

The lady at the store had no customer service ethics. First off, they don't have visible signs outside. There is just a small sign on the window that says the name of the store. The main sign is that of some dry cleaners. So after we finally found the store, the lady there was not too happy to see customers! She just took us to the back of the store and told us to take a look ourselves. She was no help and when we asked any question, she was way too rude! It was like she couldn't wait for us to leave. There was another customer also there and she was also rude to them so it wasn't just us. Even though we liked a dress, the price she quoted was not what she had on website. Also, we just didn't feel like paying a penny to this rude woman so we left! Never going back there.

I ordered my son's Christening gown from here last month. It was very high quality at a great price. Kim didn't have the gown in stock so she ordered it and had it delivered to my house which was very convenient since I live in London, and wouldn't be able to pick it up. I purchased online a suit for my son for his first communion and a dress for my daughter and I thought I had made this with enough time before the big day....a week before I called Kim to let her know that I hadn't heard anything yet, she told me not to stress out that she was going to look into it for me...and so she did... she always kept me posted on everything and I received everything 3 days before the big day. The suit and the dress were beautiful. Thank you Kim for all your help I have to say that you are great and that you care for your customers.
