This is the first Turnabout in Victoria, and it doesn't disappoint. If you are familiar with Turnabout locations in Vancouver - you'll find the same quality consignment at reasonable prices you've come to expect. If you aren't familiar with this local chain, they buy & sell high quality used clothing & accessories. I am always impressed with the selection and the nice variety of sizes and their quality men's clothing. Notice on the price tag the list of dates - it shows the markdowns that come if the item sits. The location is great because it's near other resale shops like Good Things and House of Savoy....and the White Heather Tea Shop if you get peckish!!

A high style consignment store. I ended up in there by accident, but found some nice pieces for my wife and she returned. Price of items drop every day until someone buys, so if you like an item but want a better price, you can wait, but you risk losing out to someone else. Conceptually a fun competition. Great staff and excellent selection.

What an incredible shop! Great prices, clean desirable designer label items (lots of very incredibly special peices!), well organized by size, high end shopping experience AND amazing helpful friendly staff. I love the pricing system too it's clear on the tags and there is an incentive when stock has been sitting for a while it's clearly labeled on each tag when the item will reduce in price (prices are great to start too) I was a bit intimidated about entering at first because it looks so upscale and I was wearing my beach trotting clothes and I was so welcomed I quickly forgot that and was comfortable. Will be back will recommend.

The store is well organized and very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. One side is all women's clothing and accessories and the other side is change rooms as well as some women's accessories and then some men's items. It has the atmosphere of shopping in a consignment store on South Granville in Vancouver. Some of the prices seem optimistic. There are definitely designer things here that you can't find anywhere else in Victoria. It is well worth a look.

If you are interested in selling clothes do not go here . David the buyer is super belittling and rude, and will offer you a very very small fraction of the price of the item, do not recommend.

The staff here is what makes this place special. They are always so welcoming and kind. I am a regular and find great deals on my fav brands while enjoying some friendly chat. They give you honest options with no pushy sales tactics. Very fair pricing and very well laid out.

Really nicely set up, clean, spacious and not like your typical consignment store. Everything in size order which makes it easy to find your size. The staff I found were super helpful and not pushy. Love the jewelry too !!

I came here because I heard they have good quality face masks for sale. Neat little boutiquey store. Masks for sale were good, been using for a few weeks now and they are very comfortable and have a removable and washable filter pad on the inside.

Great store for consigning and shopping. I've been a patron of the Vancouver stores for years and the Victoria store does not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is kept clean and well organized, and has a bright ambience. For consigning, they have a standard pay out of 40% for the sale of your item. Towards the end of the consignment they will discount the item or ultimately donate it if it doesn't sell. Overall, it's one of my favourite places to shop and consign.
