This store is dangerous for me. There are too many cute baby/ kid things I think I got carried away. I love that so many products are available in organic all natural fabrics. I picked out this sweet outfit as a newborn gift for my niece. Pretty easy place to get to with free street parking.

For six years, the owner of this store has provided us with great support and resources around cloth diapering. Her help is priceless. She has collected the most interesting, unique, quality toys and goods for babies and children. If I find something neat for my children online, chances are I can find it in this shop instead and support a local store rather than pay high shipping costs. Great local clothes and European toys. Beautiful diapers! A trip to this store is so much fun and expensive because everything is just so neat.

Terrible store. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered a rain cover for my stroller 6+ weeks later and it is not here. The most unacceptable part is no one has returned my calls or emails about the missing rain cover. PATHETIC customer service

The customer service is the worst I ever had. They offered to send a replacement of a broken shoes and then sent me nothing. They kept fooling me and refused to provide with tracking number for THREE months. They wasted my time and did not solve the problem. Their attitude was horrible. They intentionally did not answered the phone at the time they agreed to let me talk with the store manager. They said they are short staffed to answer the phone but they did have time to write an irresponsible email to me. Always said, “ we sent the shoes” but did not reply me when I asked for tracking number. Three months passed, I did not receive the replacement and any explanation. One star is too much for their services.

Shopped here numerous of times since I was pregnant with our daughter (now 4). We did set up an account and bought stuff here as the store carries some great brands and prices are for the most part comparable. In the recent year or so, I often found the staffs unfriendly. I am the type of shopper who likes to take my time and browse before deciding. I don't mess up the display nor be rough with the products I touch and I always put things back properly after looking at them. But I often feel being watched and frowned upon by the staffs when I touch anything or decide not to buy anything during a visit. I have stopped going as their products are more baby-focused than what we need now. And if I have to buy a gift for someone I know having a baby, I feel like I can get the same stuff elsewhere with friendlier service.

This charming children's store is on Oak Bay avenue. Sometimes it is hard to find parking in the area, but this place is worth a look if you have children or are looking for a gift for a child. I had never been in before and I was impressed by the variety of items in this small store. They had a lot of really beautiful merchandise. It looks like there was some consignment for sale, but that most of it was new. They have everything from booster seats and other accoutrement for feeding children to clothing and toys. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

I was happy to be able to support a small local store when I ordered gifts online for a friend's new twins. However, the package never arrived and the store didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. Once I said I'd be disputing the charge, the owner left me a voice mail saying their records showed the package had been delivered, but when I tried to get further details she again didn't respond. In the end my credit card company was able to recover the funds, but it was a hassle. And it's clear the store would never have done anything to fix the problem on their own. Overall, a big disappointment. Don't order online!

This is a great store. The staff have always been friendly and Steph has been there to help us since the day my (now 5 year old) daughter was born. The little wooden animals are the best, the clothes are very high quality, and they have some great shoes too!

So many good things in this little store. I always go here for Baby and birthday gifts because the stuff is the best and always so well received. Recently I’ve started going a bit more often because I’m always checking the consignment in the back for some finds. Scored some used wee woollies and great rain pants. Also love the kamik boots they sell here.

Since having my child this spot has been a welcome and necessary place to help navigate parenthood for the first time. The staff are amazing. I had our wishlist registry here, bought cloth diapers here, tried out new ideas and materials, loved their skin care bum balm, bought some toys and such. On my last visit they have expanded and have even more awesome stuff! Their shoe selection was exceptional and we finally found sandals that fit our toddler. I highly recommend this store. The recent expansion now includes the huge shoe area and a furniture section.

I just made my first purchase at this lovely store online last month. I was able to find a highly fought after item and it was shipped out the next day! Shipping times are crazy right now as to be expected, so I pay attention to how fast my purchases are shipped out rather than when they arrive to me. I was impressed that it came before the expected delivery date. I live in Ontario so I haven't had the pleasure of shopping in store but I had nothing but a positive experience with my first purchase and will be shopping here again for sure.

Great store with everything you could need, but if you need to return something you will only get a store credit!! Welp, even amazon will take returns. This is cheeky move to force customers to return. Looks like I'll be shopping at the box store for my kid's stuff now.
