WEE BOUTIQUE, WEE ON SERVICE.
Just discovered this little shop. One cold and cloudy day instead of driving out to E-Children or Toys-R-Us, we thought we'd try out this shop slightly closer to us, to pick-up a baby-carrier. My wife tried out a few, one felt really good, so we bought it. Within 30 minutes of wife actually carrying our baby in it around the house, we discovered it wasn't a good fit. We called to state our situation, we were told basically to @#$%-off because we cut the tag off. I called both E-Children and Toys-R-Us, policy is actually more sensible: as long as you have it in brand-new condition then within 14 days full refund, regardless of a tag being cut off or not. I mean really, is it that hard, or is this store that cheap, that a tag cannot be put back on? Why is it that these other shops can put the tags back on, if the condition is still brand new? It's not underwear or diapers here, it's like a bag you wear. It is not unhygienic to sell what someone wore for a few more minutes at home. Hence, the other stores policy to be able to resell.
Anyway, I then decided to come into the shop personally to show the state: the brand new appearance, even the fresh out of the package smell. The cashier punted the policy to the managers who apparently are "never" in the shop? (that might say something in itself) But, after cashier's suggestion to leave my phone number, and that one of the managers would call... no call. (why am I not surprised?)
Maybe, buy your cute little socks and hats and mittens here. But, for anything more significant like strollers, baby-carriers, even shoes... go to E-Children or even Toys-R-Us. It's worth the extra few minute drive, for Much More Selection AND especially Service.
I've spent enough of my time on this, and yours too (the readers')... I've done my public service announcement for fellow fatigued, time-strapped, no-nonsense parents. Don't waste your time (and money) as we fell into...
